Having spent months with a dripping, noisy kitchen tap and receiving differing advice about correct replacement cartridges, I discovered Tap Spares. The online guide/photos helped me to identify my tap within minutes, the package arrived a few days later and now all is fixed. Easy and brilliant!

I bought an O ring kit for my tap and when I compared it to the ones on the tap they looked too thin, when I got the O rings off the tap they were the right size.After fitting them the leak stopped. I found the easiest way to get the O rings off the spout was to get a thumbnail under them.

This company is truly excellent! Their availability of spare parts and customer service is exceptional. I was told by a Homeserve plumber that because I had lost flow in my kitchen cold tap and I didn’t know the make of my tap in my new build home, I’d have to replace the whole tap. But Todd and the really helpful team at Tap Spares UK saved me money as they were able to quickly ID my tap and the replacement ceramic cartridge, which was reasonable priced. They had a helpful ‘take a photo’ service and were back to me in minutes. They also went out of their way to give me the instructions manual, should I want to replace the part myself. I am very grateful for the money saved, not impacting the environment by wasting a perfectly fine tap, and most of all the ‘can help/will help’ attitude of this company. I wish every company would have these values!

Absolutely excellent customer service from Tap Spares UK, and after my horrendous experience of very poor customer service this was very refreshing. Todd and his colleagues could not have been more helpful. Support in relation to the required parts needed was clear, precise and even when my ordered parts were initially lost by Royal Mail Todd very quickly sent replacement parts with no grumblings at all. Despite the fact that I’d only be spending about £10 on a set of spout washers for a kitchen tap, Todd was very responsive, asked questions that helped him confirm the right washers and went out of his way to help. Best customer service ever. And the tap ID section of the website is a joy to behold!

Tap Spares UK offer an excellent service as well as a good range of spares. My Franke Triflow was leaking and Todd was very helpfull in establishing which model I had and the type of washer/cartridge I needed. He also provided a link with fitting instructions so I didn't need to call a plumber at additional cost to myself. A good company and ask for Todd if you want excellent service.

Customer care par excellence. The website is informative in terms of spares suitability but I was unsure of the age of the particular Franke model which needed replacement. A question raised was answered within 24 hours. Could not have asked for more.

If I could have scored 6 stars 🌟 I would’ve. Cost and delivery process was faultless. However the area where Tap Spares impressed most was with their customer service. They could not do enough for me and tried their very best to resolve (which they did). Superb company and will definitely use again.

I initially ordered the wrong size valves, entirely my fault. Within days they had sorted my error and I now have a drip free tap.

Poor customer service. I have an Abode tap and unfortunately tap-spares.com are the U.K. stockist. I think it must be a Fred in shed operation as you can’t email them and I can’t find any info on companies house relating to Abode or the parent company Norcross holdings. Best avoid if you can

Moved into a new property and had a dripping tap. Could not work out how to get the levers off to replace the cartridges. Contacted uk spares, gentleman called Todd. He was brilliant, absolutely brilliant. We exchanged several emails ( always promptly answered ) and gave a lot of advice on what to do and how to do it. I bought the replacement cartridges and today managed to change then. Have already recommended this firm to someone else. Superb friendly and professional service, can’t praise highly enough.
