Utterly Incompetent: Came, Listened, Left with money - Absolutely Useless
I genuinely cannot believe what I experienced with TAR – The Appliance Repairs.
A technician showed up, stood in my kitchen, listened to a sound coming from my dishwasher FOR A FEW SECONDS, mumbled something, and then REFUSED to open it, inspect it, or do anything useful whatsoever. That was it. Job done, apparently. No diagnosis. No effort. No professionalism. Nothing.
This company took my money for a visit where the technician couldn’t even be bothered to open the appliance door. How on earth do you diagnose a dishwasher fault by standing next to it with your arms folded? You don’t. You just take the money and leave.
This is hands-down the most useless, lazy, and unprofessional service I have ever paid for. A complete and utter scam of a visit.
Do yourself a massive favour - AVOID TAR at all costs. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money. There are plenty of repair companies out there who will actually show up and DO THEIR JOB. This is not one of them.
