Revised Review- Brackets for new timber beam detail.
My initial review was based on the issues around postage. This review is to give an updated and more reasoned opinion of the company. Generally, I found their website very clear and detailed which enabled me to get the right brackets I needed for a small job to construct a timber beam detail to form a new door opening in my entrance hall. The company were able to clear up a few technical queries about compatible fixings for these brackets. When it came to constructing the new supporting beam detail, as part of my renovations, the products I ordered did the job. The technical details they put on the website are also very useful and give full instruction for installing the concrete screws I got, which are solid and there is no flex in the beam. BRILLIANT!!
My original review was 1 star, but this was based on issues during delivery, which is more related to the mess up with the courier and pick up location, rather than my experience as a whole. This review would have got 5 stars, had the customer service been a been sharper and informed me sooner. While TC Fixings did respond and sort out the issues regarding delivery it took a couple of days. I received a reply to let me know they only have a small team so their capacity to reply is limited. They seem aware of this and I hope they can refine this part of their business. Generally, I think their website and products are very good as a whole and I would buy from them again.

Great service & price
They had the best prices prices I could find for large stainless coach bolts, plus they sold them individually. I only needed 8 - so much better than having to buy a pack containing too many for the job and wasting money/resources. Delivery was prompt so, all in all, excellent service. Many thanks
