All went well exactly as expected.

Doprava proběhla v pořádku. Jen bych možná uvítala, kdyby mi z Teahouse napsali a poslali informace a štítek dřív, než v neděli odpoledne, což bylo pouze den před vyzvednutím zásilky. Přestože jsem přepravu objednávala už ve čtvrtek. Vladi V.

Balík byl doručen do 4 dnů a komunikace super.

Aż pod koniec 2020go roku próbowałem nawiązać kontakt z kimkolwiek. Chciałem wysłać z Anglii kilka.pudełek tzw scrubbów(to w co są a przynajmniej powinni być ubrani chirurdzy. Nie spełniły one wymagań qc w szpitalu wiec chciałem wysłać ile udało mi.się uratować do Pl do fundacji felienus, bo jestem pewny że potrzeba tego weterynarzom. Na stronie TT widnieje jakąś uśmiechnięta morda z.podpisem ze charity za.darmo. no i na oglądaniu uśmiechniętego ryja się skończyło. Nikt nie odpisał na żaden zoich emaili .
Z żalem stwierdzam, że zachowaliście jak chciwe kurwy, bo odmówić a raczej zignorować potrzebę pomocy zwierzakom, tylko kurewie chciwe potrafii. Słabo, nie spodziewałem się że na tak zjebanym kłamstwie ktoś będzie fundował wizerunek firmy. Maila mojego i numer tel. Posiadacie , ja odbiorę i/lub odpiszę a i podjechać do firmy mogę jak ktoś chce przedyskutować moją recenzję. Lub u mnie. Cisza i spokój brak CCTV......

I'm not going to detail my full experience with Teahouse Transport here because I think I'd end up writing a short novel, but this is what you need to know:

Teahouse Transport does not care about you or your belongings, and if something goes wrong during your delivery you better pray to whatever deity you believe in because you will be in for a hellish ride.

I used Teahouse Transport (henceforth TT) 2 times to move my personal belongings from one country to another for my studies.

The first time, they lost my guitar and guitar case, promised to reimburse me for it, and then never wired me the money.

The second time, the whole delivery process took an excruciating six weeks. Teahouse transport came to pick up my stuff on the wrong day, which triggered a chain of unsuccessful pick-ups by them. They failed to communicate with me properly, took no responsibility for their mistakes, and as the icing on the cake, didn't even fill in my invoice form properly. This meant that even if they had picked everything up on the right day, UK customs would have sent it right back.

In the end, I only got my stuff delivered to me because I hounded DHL about it and they were able to help me instead of TT.

Their actions (especially the invoice form shenanigans) border on negligence and I wouldn't trust them to deliver a toothpick for me at this point.

If you need to have your stuff delivered, cut out this useless middleman (and useless is a generous adjective here, seeing as that implies a net zero contribution to the experience and TT dove well into the negatives) and just order directly with DHL. At least their customer service is good.

Bardzo pomocna obsługa, dawno nie wysylalem paczek do Anglii, więc miałem problemy... Ale Pan z obsługi telefonicznej wszystko mi wytłumaczył. Bardzo Polecam

The worst services ever! I had to cancel my parcel, they were happy to take my money and since then I can't get through to them and can't my money back. Just instructing solicitors to deal with them to recover the costs! Also, numbers on their website never try to call them as they are never being answered, neither their emails! You can't speak to anybody! Pretty much a scam! Keep away from this company!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to send a package back in September from CZ to UK before I left for University.
They took my money but then there was no response! I had to ship my package through Czech Post office.
I tried to contact them but no one answered and when I sent an e-mail to get my money back I recieved no response!
ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK!!!

Již jsem provedl dvě objednávky a vše v naprostém pořádku. Rychle dodání. Jen menší zásilky by mohly být levnější. Doporučuji

They hired DHL to attempt delivering my parcel, that why the high price.
Plus, they haven't delivered my parcel.
Camed back 1 month later, returned to sender.
Just imagine how I felt...

Have been happy with this company ever since, although the last experience I had was quite sad. My parcel has been damaged by a DHL, the company whose service has been purchased via Teahouse transport. Inside the package was a really valuable bike and helmet, making the damage worth at least £1200. Teahouse was negotiating my refund with the DHL ever since this issue occurred. Although, once they've received the refund, they've never forwarded it to me. I have been trying to get in touch with them ever since through mobile, e-mail or skype but they just do not respond, they are simply just ignoring me. Hence I want to ask you, be really careful...even though they are reasonably cheap, their service is not worth buying at the end of the day...

Everything went well, according to the plan and according to the information in the e-mail. The courier called shortly before he arrived, picked up the package and shouted again. The package arrived in 6 days according to my specified request. Although it had a slightly damaged packaging, the fact that I packed everything properly was fine.

Appalling service. I ordered delivery almost a week ago and no one has contacted me since payment. I have no customs documents (invoice and declaration) and the pick up date has passed. I am claiming my money back via my bank. If they refuse, I will get police involved.

Also, their customer service is non existent. No one picks up the phone and emails are ignored. They need to go under asap.

Generally good for sending parcels, the only down side is getting in touch with them. There are so many Numbers but one time it took me literally half a day to get hold of someone. Maybe chat online would be helpful too? And more Clear instructions on How to fill the forms etc. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Otherwise good, once you get hold of someone they are very helpful.

I was terrified of the consequences related to Brexit but experienced zero issues thanks to Teahouse Transport. The communication was perfect, collection on time, received regular updates about my parcels, didn't encounter any custom fees and delivery service to CZ was perfect. The parcels weren't damaged.

Don’t ever trust them. After scheduling a collection day three times, they just never showed up. Also they disappeared and stopped answering my emails. I just lost 177 euros.

Enviamos una maleta grande y una caja grande a la capital de Lituania. Seguimos escrupulosamente las indicaciones de Teahousetransport. La maleta llegó pero la caja se la quedó alguien por el camino. Tras meses de reclamaciones en lis que GLS( quien en verdad realizó el transporte) se excusaba diciendo que no habiamos contratado directamente el servicio con ellos sino con un intermediario, de los 600€ del valor de la caja nos han devuelto 180€, incluyendo el gasto del envío, que eran unos 100€.
En resumen, si el envío llega bien esta enpresa funciona adecuadamente y tiene buenos precios.
Sin embargo, si el envio se pierde “ o se lo quedan por el camino”, esta empresa no responde en tiempo y forma, no tiene como prioridad atender al cliente y solo reacciona bajo amenaza de acudir a la OCU o a poner una denuncia por sustracción de mercancía ante la policía.
Es una vergüenza, al final, como suele pasar “ lo barato sale caro”. Indignante. Unos sinvergüenzas.

Unfortunately not able to give 0 stars. Worst experience ever. They using incompetent DHL company to deliver. Caused my mum stress. On their website says delivery with 3-4 days plus extra 1 or 2 days. They came pick up parcel on 5.8 only came today 16.8. My mum had to pay €144 custom for the parcel that contained my personal things which teahouse put the price of £69. Absolutely digusted by the service. Incompetent company!!!!!!!
