TeamSport Karting Avis 

Online chat team Dani, was fantastic and efficient with my request and I didn't need to call up just simple text. Thank you so much. Even when I rang up they were lovely and pacient.

The website is super difficult to book anything under, nothing makes sense, I asked an agent to help me which was quite helpful and I booked a slot for around 8:30ish in Hull for Thursday 23rd October . Unfortunately when I got there, they informed me that it was booked under adult slots and I had 3 children with me and they didn’t have any junior slots this evening which is fine and I can accept.

I have then asked for a refund so I can take my nephew else where for his birthday, they have refused this and state they have a no refund policy. I explained that I have children that have a birthday and need something doing tonight for him at another place or the following week somewhere else as we won’t be in hull , the manager at the time stating she has spoken to the general manager in Hull which I think is called “Harleen” not too sure and apparently GM said no, no refund and that even if I wanted my money back I wouldn’t have it for 5 to 10 days so what difference does it make to me. The difference it makes is that I have 3 children and you are refusing a service and refusing to give me back £100 in cash so I can use elsewhere especially in this economy and I found it rude that the GM said “well even if you got refunded, you couldn’t use the money else where as it would take a few days to go back to your back” shame on you for talking about how I should manage my money and ruining a little boys birthday. I was really disappointed, birthday boy was visibly upset in the car even though he was trying to hide it.

It’s a shame that this is an entertainment company and they really could have easily accommodated me and gave me my money back so I could take the children else where for their birthday but no, Harleen couldn’t care less or the staff.

I really don’t recommend this place.

The staff at Crawley are very friendly, especially crissy w who was very polite and very good to have a joke with. The track itself is such an adrenaline rush! Going down steep hills turning for the corners, it’s such an amazing track to come to, one of the best in TeamSport.

Defo recommend and will be coming back!

came slightly late. the most unhelpful staff i have ever encountered and i include budget airlines in that assertion. manager of watford branch was proudly totally uninterested in accommadating me and the lower level staff were unable to help. a brick wall would be more understanding. if there would be an option for 0 star i would top the list. no karting for me.. Shame on you

Staff were absolutely fantastic at the Gosport track, the track is also great, my only two issues are that the Karts they have at the Gosport track really are awful, I raced three times this evening and I had two different Karts completely cut out on me, the third kart I used, the steering was so stiff that I really struggled to even turn the Kart, as a regular visitor, I find this deeply frustrating. My second issue is that the building really needs some TLC, with lights not working and general tatty defects, the facility was clean but just a bit outdated

Alfie at teamsport Wycombe was great help, really made my experience at teamsport Wycombe a lot better.

The staff are really helpful and overall the track is run really well and is of high-quality

We booked for 8 people expecting a fun karting experience, but it was a complete disappointment. The staff, including the assistants and manager, were extremely rude and acted like they were trying to ruin our fun instead of helping. We paid a high price, but most of the session was interrupted again and again with unnecessary restrictions and constant distractions from the staff.

Nothing about these strict rules and interruptions was clearly mentioned on the website before booking. If they have so many restrictions, customers should be informed properly in advance — not after paying. Instead of enjoying the time we paid for, we were made to feel annoyed, stressed, and uncomfortable the whole time.

The track space is small, the quality does not match the high price, and the staff attitude makes the experience even worse. It felt like they were more focused on controlling us than giving us a fun experience.

If you are looking for fun, this is NOT the place — it’s expensive, restrictive, and badly managed. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Took my booking took my payment then 2 days before I was due to race they changed the booking but they changed it because they had allowed me to book when they are closed.

But that was not the reason they said in the email they like to tell lies and accept bookings that they know they are unable to oblige.

Very impressed with the helpful staff the organisation and atmosphere. Well done to all concerned.

During the race it was clear that a few individuals did not pay attention to the safety briefing as their driving resulted in crashing into other participants, this led to othered spinning off or crashing and creating pileups. Effectively making the race unsafe for other participants. Unfortunately the stewards did not stop or black flag these individuals which effectively ruined the race for all others. I stopped my race to go into the pits and speak with a member of staff. This resulted in at the end of the race persons being spoken to. It was clear between races that other participants felt the same way, some having travelled several hours to enjoy this event. It was a shame the staff did not intervene as is their safety briefing.

Samantha at the Acton track was lovely, thank you for helping make my son's birthday special and for the fun helmet covers. We had a blast!

Warrington Branch.
Managers showing intro was spot on and looked for interaction. Then it just lacked any care to detail. I came in on Black flag, they didn’t know why. Came in as brakes weren’t correct, staff just chatting. Then to polish it off, went back for camera view and was given two wrong codes from a girl who didn’t really look bothered at all. Receptionist was spot on and full of enthusiasm.
Enjoyed the drive but that was it.

Always a pleasure at Cardiff Teamsport, Scott and the team were excellent as always. There were a few new faces but they were just as engaging as the rest of the team and made us feel very welcome, Keep up the good work
And a final note Ellie behind the bar was a star she put up with our banter and took it as a laugh as intened

Took a young lad who are support with learning difficulties to do go karting at TeamSport the Bristol branch the team at Bristol teamsport were absolutely amazing so patient with my service user and they were so helpful and made him feel very special and so welcome and took the time out to explain everything slowly and nicely they even gave him a Father Christmas hat to wear on his helmet- as he believes he is the real Father Christmas and dresses as Santa Claus every day.
By doing this they made my service users day. Highly recommend this place and I forgot my expensive Work Phone there by accident, when calling it one of the dedicated staff at TeamSport Bristol answered it and reassured me they would put it away safely and I was able to collect it the next day such a great team of youngsters that make it’s so worthwhile thank you team sport Bristol 

I loved the actual karting but we didn’t get our dash cam footage and I was very disappointed. I would suggest for that to be fixed for next time people want dash cam footage. Therefore I am giving you a 2 star for the dissatisfaction. Also boost button didn’t work on adult cars to.

I visited the Watford track and it was exhilarating. The indoor two floored circuit has a bit of everything that you need for a lively race. 2x 15 minute sessions do seem to flyby but that's what happens when you're having so much fun! Daniel our instructor was brilliant, he provided clear instructions whilst having a good sense of humour, bringing the group together, which adds to the experience. Furthermore his half time tips managed to get me 4 seconds off my best lap time! Big respect to Daniel keep it up and I'll deffo be seeing you guys again soon.

Booking in complicated with the staff more concerned with mumbling over the computer rather than explaining things to us. Hidden expenses with gloves and balaclavas £30 for 4 of us. The devil is in details where staff need to be informative right from the start of arrival, not just in the safety briefing. With the amount it costs, it needs top notch customer experience.
Very short time on track.

Went for two sessions with my son, 1st session was good. 2nd session didn’t even manage to get a fast lap in as there were too many on the track and everyone was just spinning out all the time.

Also wanted to mention that I was allocated a kart which I sat in, then was told to move as they changed their mind and said I got in the wrong one, but were adamant it was my fault.

Not sure whether we’ll be back.
