A Costly Experience with Team Factors
Our experience with Team Factors was extremely disappointing. We signed up for a facility that was supposed to fund up to 90% of our invoice value, but in reality, we received only around 30%. This caused serious cash flow problems, making it difficult to pay our nurses and priority bills.
Communication with the team was also very poor. They were difficult to reach, and when contact was made, they often made promises that were not kept. Despite only being with them for three months, our business suffered financially and reputationally.
To leave the agreement, we were charged a £11,500 penalty — adding to the damage already done. We have since moved on and are in a much better place, but we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before engaging with this company.
