GREAT STAFF WITH EXEMPLARY SKILLS AND PATIENCE

I found Tech For Less while comparing prices for a Galaxy watch via Google. The price for the watch I was looking for (brand new) was lower than the discounted prices from retailers I was more familiar with. At first, I was skeptical, but when I researched Tech For Less, I found great reviews. After placing the order, I received regular updates and my package came quickly. As described, I received a brand new watch, sealed in the original packaging in perfect condition. I am sure I will purchase from Tech For Less again in the future.

This was one of the few sites that had a new Nvidia 2070 for sale at a great price. Used cards were going for more. Will definitely shop here in the future.

Tech For Less is pretty great! I saved over $50 on a 90% healthy Samsung PM991a 256gb that will last for about 10 years still! Will I upgrade between now and then, probably, but right now when my DaaS stack needed it I got it! :)

Fast shipping and love my laptop

I purchased an open-box Elo EloPOS System (E442550) for my retail store grand opening. The unit arrived dead on arrival — powers to standby with a red LED, but the power button does nothing. It will not turn on.
I spent hours troubleshooting before reaching out: different outlets, direct wall connection, long-pressing the power button, full power cycles, consulting the manufacturer’s manual. The unit is defective. This should have been caught before it ever shipped.
Tech For Less responded promptly and provided a return label. They were polite. But polite doesn’t solve my problem. The return ships via FedEx to Colorado, which takes 5+ days. Then they wait until they “receive and check it in” before issuing a refund — another 5-7 days. Two weeks minimum before I see my money back.
This was the last unit in stock. No replacement. Just a refund. So after two weeks of waiting, I have to source another POS system elsewhere and wait for that to ship. Close to a month of delay — because Tech For Less doesn’t test their open-box equipment before selling it.
My store was supposed to open December 12th. Instead, I’m sitting here every day, required to be on-site per my plaza lease, unable to sell a single item because my POS was dead in the box.
They display a “BBB Accredited A+” badge on their website, but the BBB clearly states they are not accredited. They advertise “99% Issue-Free Orders” — but when you’re the 1%, you get an apology, a return label, and two weeks of waiting while your business sits idle. No expedited refund. No credit toward a different unit. No effort to make it right.
If your business depends on the equipment working, do not buy from Tech For Less. I trusted them with my store launch. That was a mistake I won’t make again.

My order was shipped the morning after a late day order. I was advised of the order conformation and further information would be sent soon. My order was shipped the day after the order was placed and was one its way. Unfortunately the post office is nowhere as efficient as Tech For Less. The order was placed on Dec. 5 and it arrived late Dec. 11. The product was as described and the price was great. Thanks Tech For Less.
