I would give it 0 stars - AVOID - keeps taking your money despite us having cancelled the subscription, they have your card details saved and even after cancellation they charged us twice over 2 months! refunds took 2 weeks where they keep kicking it back and forth, very inefficient

I’ve been using Teikametrics for about a month and the setup was genuinely easy—connecting my account and getting campaigns running in the platform didn’t feel heavy. I especially like the goal/target-based recommendations: they’re clear, actionable, and easy to implement gradually as you learn what moves your ACoS/ROAS in your account. Overall, I’d recommend Teikametrics if you want a structured way to manage and optimize Amazon ads without overcomplicating day-to-day decisions.

I gave Teikametrics a fair shot. Their marketing promises AI-powered Amazon PPC optimization. The reality? Overhyped features that underdelivered and billing practices that felt predatory.
After I cancelled my subscription, Teikametrics continued charging my credit card. When I asked for the date I cancelled, nobody could tell me. Their support is entirely run by bots. No humans. No phone number. No way to resolve billing disputes.
What they do not tell you before you sign up. Even after cancellation, Teikametrics charges 3 percent of your ad spend if it exceeds 10k monthly. The only way to stop this is to completely disconnect your Amazon account from their platform. They do not explain this during cancellation.
The features themselves were disappointing. The AI bidding did not outperform what I could do manually. The interface was clunky. The reporting was basic. Nothing justified the cost or the risk of their billing traps.
I felt trapped. Their terms of service are written to protect them, not you. When something goes wrong, you have no recourse. Just a chatbot repeating useless answers.
If you are reading this before signing up, please learn from my mistake. There are other Amazon PPC tools with transparent billing and actual human support. Teikametrics is not worth the risk.

Teikametrics is very user friendly with a clear and easy to read dashboard - doing what it's supposed to do: displaying all my different marketplace data in one place. The AI functionality is refining my advertising campaigns and in a short space of time, I'm already seeing increases in efficiency of ad spend and effectiveness.

Our ad spend almost doubled £3.5k a month to £7k a month) with no increase in sales. We ended up being charged way more than we thought due to some small print. Took us 3 months to get back control of our adverts and bring the ACOS back down (Our overall ACOS went from 15% to 40% under Teikametrics!)

I integrated with Teikametrics but eventually did not become a paid customer due to high cost for my taste.

DO NOT USE!! They change the pricing from 149USD to Over 500USD even if you spend less than 10k Per month on ads. Be AWARE!!

The company is easy to work with and the communication is great. They respond to emails and calls in a timely manner. Staff are very willing to help out and try to find answers to all questions.

The software seems okay. It's really hard to guess how it performs compared to their many competitors. It certainly saves me time in finding keywords to add or negate.

Unfortunately, the ad performance has gone downhill suddenly. I can't prove whether that's because of software changes on their end or that many of our campaigns that worked for months suddenly all happened to go bad at once.

Mostly I'm here to complain about their trash AI bot customer service. Asking basic questions about the system generates very long answers full of inconsistencies. Demanding a human to answer instead ALSO gives you AI generated answers, but signed by a human who pretends to have written them.

I'm not a luddite. I get the appeal of automating customer service. But I'm here to tell you your chat bots are not nearly as good as you seem to think they are.

Particularly, calling out their AI slop they respond with AN AI GENERATED lying response claiming they personally wrote the responses.

Stop lying bro, it's not cool.

Run, as fast as you can. Been a customer for over 10 years, but its gone downhill in a hurry. For the 2nd time i find out my account manager has left the company after weeks of no response.

Good movement on sales and strategy when you have a communicative account manager who knows the system well and watches your ad account.

Teikametrics is a very valuable tool for managing my company's Amazon advertising campaigns. The AI-powered tools saved me time to adjust bid manually while still giving us some control over how the bids are adjusted (we can set min/max to the ads metrics).
The interface can be a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it and familarize yourself with how to use Teika in it's entirety, and have a huge leg up on the competition. Highly recommend.

Teikametrics crew is so customer focused, they know the tech well, and they want you to win.

They won't sell you on something if it isn't needed.
