Anfragen zu einem Leica Ultravid wurden mir immer wieder Unvollständig mitgeteilt....
Des weiteren trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage kein Preis des Fernglas inkl.Versandkosten mitgeteilt....
Hab mir bei anderem Anbieter diesen Artikel zugelegt !
Leider schlechter Service von Teleskop Express !

Pessimo sito. Merce acquistata e mai ricevuta. Aperta pratica di rimborso attraverso paypal. Scorretti non rispondono a mail o telefono dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento. Sconsigliatissimo e da evitare. Sito truffa.

Extorted me for money after my invoice was paid in full 2 months prior (threatened to not send my parts after a 2 month backorder), then when the parts never arrived they sent me only a partial refund. The one part they did send, was defective (dovetail clamp that was about 3mm too wide to even clamp a dovetail). They said it was from a bad batch and then proceeded to ignore me for a month (still ignoring me) with no refund or replacement part. So now I'm out a couple hundred bucks, and have no parts. I've filed a fraud report with Europol as I'm in Canada, so I'll update this review once TS decided to act like functional adults, or my bank can get my money back. If this review is still here, then rest assured they still have my money and are ignoring me.

These guys were initially helpful, until they got my money. Then it was simply a case of ganging up with Baader to tell me that the light leaks and halos I got with their filters which had visible coating flaws (Google Baader OIII halos) were the fault of my camera. I have an ASI6200MM, which has been shown time and again to not have any amp glow but they're saying it's amp glow.

They asked for my fits files which I sent and they said yes there's no way it's the filter. I checked with wetransfer and they never downloaded the fits files.

I Purchased a 0.75 reducer Flattener it came with out the spacer so I could not connect it to my starlight focuser I tried to phone them it is impossible to get in touch with them over the phone very frustrating in the end I contacted PAY PAL because I paid with PAY PAL
I contacted them through pay pal in the end I got a response with emails it took hours after a run around with them they posted the spacer which should have come with the flattener they did apologise for their mistake and they sent me the right spacer if you order from them you are talking to a computer Frustrating.

I just purchased a new astrograph from here and the service was great. I had several questions before the purchase that was answered quickly and well. Shipping was fast and the telescope, their own ts-optics is of good quality and great value.

I repeat, the ONTC telescope is not intended for beginners.
That's why it can not be guaranteed if you are not 100% aware that it does not have to be sent back!
I just want to avoid that you are not satisfied.

Now I haven't been call a beginner in a long time. Anyways, it's just a Newtonian telescope, al be it a high quality one, How hard can it be?

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. A couple of years ago I ordered a CCD camera from the US. They sent the camera to another customer. When I notified them of the error they would not refund me the purchase until the camera was returned to them by the person that wrongly received it. I wonder what would have happened if they didn't get the camera back. I probably would have lost all my money.
This whole ordeal took about a month. Unacceptable behavior.

I have dealed with the shop at least 50 times, succes every time!

Fast delivery, excellent service, I totally recommend!
If you have any problem they promptly refund you or resend a replacement.

i emailed 3/times if two items can be send under nachnahme because they do that and the astroforum members advised me this to do, and as i read also a lot bad things about them at Ekomi also etc, i would like to see their trust worth it to spend my money.

It was a Skywatcher Heritage and Skywatcher Flexizoom eye piece for my son.

Absolutely no response, not even a no, nothing on a simple email.

Very very bad.

Update, got an answer ofcourse after i am unhappy here, its said..if i live outside Germany i cant get invoice. I live in Germany!

I am not sending money ahead when its such a mess at TS, who knows i get my order and when i get such answers like this. Sadly many people are right about them.

I've only got positive things to say about trading with this company. They deliver fast, are always very helpful and professional. I had a very large order placed which was not in neither paypal's or my credit card's credit limits. I asked for help, got it right away and got an invoice instead of using their webshop. I paid by bank transfer and Bob was my uncle ;-) One of the items were not in stock instead of waiting for it to arrive at them they sent the order in two parts without me having to pay extra. And they include small bags of winegums in each box ;-)

They take the time to help you, same day shipment, next day delivery and you pay after you received the goods! Furthermore they were willing to match the lowest online price for the products I wanted.

I bought products here before and TS never fails to deliver the best quality and lowest prices fast.
