This tv sucks. It has a good picture but the issue is with the hardware/firmware. It will not connect to the internet via wireless. It does for a few hours the shuts wireless off on its own. Then after a few days it renders the tv unusable. Updates take forever, like hours. It started an updateat 5:30 am when I went to work and wasn't finished when I got home at 11 am. This tv sucks

Over 3 months ago, I was told my reply was ready to be delivered. Since then, multiple emails to reply have been met with a shrug. I recommend staying away from this company.

So I signed up. Finally after months went by they decided to Pop up and deliver the TV.
Then after one day and reading all the paperwork and "fine print" then I find out that if you do not use the TV correctly they can shut it off at any givin moment and Charge you $1000 or more.. so if you're out of town or your power goes out they can disable your TV and charge you for it. It is and never will be your TV your a only using it.. and so after I decided to return it the guys picking it up RXO told me other customers are or have returned theirs also because of privacy reasons. They told me that telly people can watch you 24/7 at any time even if the TV is off. You have no privacy with this TV beware.. it is a scam they are giving people TVs watching them and in hopes to charge someone.. THIS IS A PRIVACY SCAM AND MONEY SCAM.. READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE.. when you return it save all your proof and take pictures save emails and numbers..

I ordered items from Telly. They took it upon themselves to inflate my order and proceeded to charge my card for double what I ordered. I immediately requested a refund from the merchant which was denied because they stated the package had already shipped

It took about eleven months for me to receive my Tellytv but I got it today and I'm happy I signed up.
I wish I could show you the picture I took so you don't think it's a scam or that I'm not real. You have to download the Tellytv app to customize your widgets on the second screen. In the lower right corner is ads playing and that's how the TV is free. The six speaker soundbar sounds great, the picture quality is awesome, the build is very nice. The eight plus mood lights in the back of the TV that you can change and brighten. It also comes with a Google Chromecast for free.

It might be a great concept. Who would ever know? It's been just shy of 6 months and no TV. Asked if I could buy it out right to try the service. They just do not have TV's. So the small percentage that recieved the TV's good for you. Do not plan on your service lasting very much longer.
Plus majority of house holds have more than one TV. No one will be happy with just one TV.

I was one of the first 200k applicants over two years ago and promised to be one of the first recipients of a Telly T.V.. After two years with no proactive outreach by Telly, I sent an email and was informed of "unfortunate delays" and promised a new arrival date. I waited until the date passed with no outreach from Telly. I finally sent them another email reiterating my discomfort and was met with condescension and a final deadline that I made perfectly clear I would hold them to. This deadline has now passed and I emailed support a final notice of termination with a data deletion request and they responded with a boiler-plate technical support email for a device that I don't even have because of their lack of follow through.

This is utterly unacceptable and unfortunately, at this point I am being forced to file BBB and FTC complaints because they will not give me adequate information or follow through on any promises and have given me a thorough run-around.

FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Customer service is atrocious, stuck in circles trying to have my account deleted. Definitely violating consumer protection laws. DO NOT USE

Convinced they’re just selling your information. Never received a TV or had a follow up it’s been years stop the fake reviews

Amazing tv with great picture and sound. I love the ease of use and having the news and weather on the bottom is great to have.

I've been using my Telly for about 3 weeks very easy set.Great picture and soundbar is impressive the widgets are easy to change to my interest news weather and sports scores.The ads on the corner bottom screen is not problem for me. It's been great TV so far I am very impressed with it.

Very easy setup. The lower screens fantastic, weather, sports and news. Has not bothered me that it's on while watching TV.. Great job guys at Telly.

Not a scam. Love the sound bar! Color is great! Easy setup. Chromecast dongle included. Downloaded our favorite apps. Love the 2nd screen. Can instantly access the weather. It can be personalized to you. It has a fitness app and Zoom on the 2nd screen. Haven't tried them yet but it looks easy to use. Music sounds great! The only down side is the weight. My husband and I had trouble getting it wall mounted but we did it.

I have a Telly and it's great. I've seen other people say it's a scam just to get your credit card information. That's not true. The TV is technically not yours. If you opt out of the program and don't return the TV, they will charge you for it. But they are NOT a scam.
