Big shout out for Tenby Cars Supermarket! After a long struggle of getting financing as I am 22 years old I’ve came by an Audi A5. I’ve got in touch with Shani and Adrian who gave me a first class service from presenting the car and all the relevant paperwork to the test drive of the car. The finance application was straightforward as I’ve had all the documentation prepared and I was able to drive home my dream car the same day. Like to waste people's time promise a lot but nothing gets delivered. Go to a professional set up not a cowboy set up selling damaged repaired cars.

Unprofessional liers and crooks, Please do not fall for the Cars advertised, technology is improving to trace cars MOT history these days so my first concern was what work was carried out to correct the failures, first off the car had a a full 12 months MOT as advertised and was tested by their own Garage, the fails previously were Front near side shock excessively leaking, broken rear spring and a torn tyre. They also advertised that the car had full service history and comes serviced before purchasing. The tyre on inspection was half deflated, the shocks all looked old as well as the springs. Going by the fact that they are supposed to be a registered trade dealer you would trust what they say, the oil was black, I mentioned that to the salesman and he replied by saying that it's a diesel and the oil goes black very quickly on them. The car was payed for with trust, taken away last Tuesday 8th June, the tyre was checked later that night and showed signs of damage and puncture jell had been coming out of the rim. Friday the car was arranged to have a replacement fitted costing £70, then a trip to Halfords for some touch up paint and a air freshener. The 11 mile drive home resulted with multiple warning lights and a stop driving alarm due to over heating. We pulled over in limp mode and the engine was cooking. Whilst waiting for the car to cool I phoned the dealer up and asked them to take the car back which they refused. Later getting the car home I called them again asking the same, I said that it's not fit for purpose and that we wanted a refund stating the trading standards laws which they failed to acknowledge, I said then that I would take them to court over the incident to claim back the money, the answer I got was so if you want to waste our time and your time you won't get a resolve through court for a year or two, just bring the car back and we will give you the money back but will charge £200 admin fee! Getting somewhere Im now adding £270 at least just to return the car. I wanted then to speak to the company owner, and was told that I couldn't, I asked for his name and the salesman refused to give it, why disclose the information from a limited company? Anyway I finally made contact with the head man and he agreed a refund for the car with no admin charge but no payment for the tyre that was replaced. Oh I forgot to say, they wanted us to return the car to a different address in Luton, great I thought, I might as well look deeper into the car problem and decide what to do over the weekend, flush water coolant to start with finding out that the thermostat was removed. Reset error codes turbo boost etc. The next day everything being done and 4 days of my holiday taken since Tuesday we take the car for a short test, within 5 miles no gears, the gear linkage had separated, codes came up and on returning home the expansion tank was bubbling, Head Gasket.
The car was transported back today at our cost for what was supposed to be a pleasant experience. They are selling lemons and very dangerous ones at that, they have no regard for people's safety, they are selling dangerous cars with dodgy MOTs to the public.

Had a great experience with these guys recently selling my car. Very fair offer and only tried to chip me for something I’d not declared when they quoted.

Very knowledgeable guys too - check every detail on the cars before they hand over the cash.

Would have a look at their stock next time I’m in the market for a motor.

Partner bought the most dodgy car ever . Tenby refused to fix issues, declining they existed when purchased even when these issues were raised on day 2 after a 2 hour drive Home. Long story short but found out they were in court last week - trading standards!! Steer clear. If your car is in good nick then you be fine and lucky, but if you have ANY issue or niggle whatsoever then they say it’s not them. £1000+ down thanks to them. Oh and the previous owner too, who returned the car to them. When we queried why it was for sale a few months ago but for sale now for more, it’s due to the price rises in cars, not oh we sold it, guy brought it back because the car in limp home mode but now we selling it to you as if it’s pristine and nothing wrong - yeah we found it ALL OUT TENBY-shame!! We thought we were fine buying a car worth over £14k but obviously not !

Do not try a PX...
Do not try a PX, you will get a value for your vehicle much less then discussed and less than it is worth. They will make up issues which don't exist to get the PX value down. I lost 18% from my agreed PX price due to various issues apparently found despite a full service history and a full 12 month's MOT & a full service just completed (as part of MOT). After driving to Milton Keynes and then being asked to drive to the Luton branch their 'expert mechanics' at both branches decided my 2013 Audi A6 All-road needed a new cam-belt and pulleys and was the major problem they were concerned about (and main reason for the 18% drop in offer). 2013 Audi All-road's have a cam-chain 'ha ha' and do not need a belt change. 76,000 on clock only. Deal done as I had travelled 170 miles to collect vehicle and had zero chance of getting my deposit back, despite getting near 20% less than agreed PX value. The vehicle i was buying was marked originally at a good price. After nearly walking away from deal (which was my pref until I went back and had issue on deposit refund, aka I wouldn't get one) they actually advertised the car the same day for 13.5% more than the agreed sale price I had in place. Their prices are quite attractive, but do not attempt any sort of PX. My PX on sale for a 50% increase less than 24 hrs latter! Cash sale price only seller - others beware
