Good experience with issues
I booked for my daughter & friends as a birthday treat. The girls enjoyed the bowling and the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. The bowling alley wasn’t overly busy but we did have a bit of a wait for food. Some other younger (teenage guests£ who were not bowling or eating were loitering around and very loud and jumping on furniture whilst the girls were trying to eat. No staff interacted with them or asked them to move on. It did make the girls feel uncomfortable and a little on edge. I get it was half term but it was like they used it as somewhere to hang not use the facilities.

I had my grandsons aged 7 and 14 and it was somthing they could do together, they really enjoyed the pool table the arcades and the bowling and having food was a bonus too !

Worst visit even food was freezing cold waited over 25 minutes for a drink and the bowling was empty so not excuses

Poor facilities
The overall experience was disappointing due to poor facility maintenance. The floors were sticky and dirty, which made bowling difficult, and the lane approaches were noticeably uneven. Additionally, the staff appeared indifferent and lacked a commitment to providing quality service.

Staff were really helpful and kind
Staff were really helpful and kind. Explained everything properly as we had booked the bowling and drinks deal. Booking process was fairly easy to navigate and explained properly no confusion there. Easy to get to and really cheap parking.

I took my 5-year-old granddaughter…
I took my 5-year-old granddaughter bowling for the first time, and she loved it. There was a lively atmosphere and plenty to do with bowling, arcade games and pool tables.

A great experience

Lanes were slow to reload which is frustrating but the biggest issue we had is the car park. It's very narrow with not much space to get in or out of the entrance or even get out safely plus it costs on top of the bowling
