We went there for my daughter’s ninth birthday with family and friends. She had so much fun when we go there every year to celebrate special occasions. I would recommend going there. The food is good.... Voir plus

Everything was great except for there being no size 7 bowling ball which meant I had to use either size 6 (too light) or size 8 (too heavy). I've not had a problem finding a size 7 on previous visits... Voir plus

It was good value for your money including the meal deal which went with it their bought the food out half way though playing ten pin bowling which the grandkids enjoyed

It was good to go bowling
It was good to go bowling, the place has had an uplift since I last came, a long time ago. The only problem we had was with a jammed machine that took our money and didn’t give us game credit. Eventually we got a guy to come out and unjam it and sort us out.

Bristol Tenpin
It was a busy day as expected but a few issues. Arcade didn’t have any change machines working so getting cash to use some of the arcades that were cash only was difficult and multiple things weren’t working.
A queue for the bowling with only 1 staff member booking people in on the till so it took a while to get our lane, it says to arrive 15 minutes before and it took all that to get our pre-booked lane. Bowling was great but we ordered drinks to the lanes which took around 20 minutes but it was probably due to how busy it was.

Not a great experience
The staff themselves seemed lovely but they were understaffed took ages to get a drink and even then people pushed in front of me after waiting for 20 mins or so. There was 1 person on the bar 1 person on from desk to get checked in the machines kept running out of tickets and over all just abit of a hectic experience I’m not one to complain or leave reviews but I didn’t enjoy our time there and I wouldn’t go back

Informed that the lane was not working…
Informed that the lane was not working due to issue with bowl in alley. No response for 15 minutes. Had to wait in queue and saw same person who my son had seen and they denied being told. Eventually moved to a free lane.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere
Friendly staff, clean (even the toilets!!!) and great atmosphere. The music was banging out and felt like you were ‘out out’. Massive improvement over the last few years. Well done Tenpin 👏🏻

Father and Son time made special
I took my Son the Tenpin in Bristol for 2 games of bowling etc.
We had a great time and it was cheaper than the Hollywood Bowl in Cribs Causeway.
OK it's not as flash but the Bowiling lanes are good, so it's the other facilities and activities.

Unorganised chaos
Appreciate Saturday is a busy time. However after patiently queuing (having pre booked) for 30 minutes, we were given a lane. Once we got there, we had to wait another 15 minutes for the family to finish their game. It then took us to go back to the staff to ask to set us up our match after the other family had finished, when told they would sort it immediately.
We played our first shot, only for the staff to then come and move us to another lane, as a family behind were making a fuss and being impatient and didn't want to move. We did to help the situation, however the whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time.

Unacceptable wait time for pre-booked game
We arrived 15 minutes before our booked time and had to wait in the queue for 20 minutes to be seen. At the desk I was told the lane we were booked on was running 40 minutes late!!! I was not offered an alternative lane and ended up asking for a refund.

Great visit
Great visit, really well organised and pleasant. Nice lights. Only 4* as we had to wait about 15 minutes for help when there was technical issue on our lane.

Great hours bowling but expensive
Booking online was really easy. Booked 2 games for my husband, myself and Granddaughter. I thought it was quite expensive for an hours bowling and it was freezing in the building.
