A lovely time
We all 4 had a lovely time. £35 for a single game for a family of 4. Pretty busy but didn't have to wait to play.

Time changed at bowling alley not informed
We arrived on time to bowling our booking was 3.30pm on my email the staff told us that they had changed my booking time until 3.50pm with out even informing me .no apology.the lady behind the counter was rude and not very .i had 4 children with me .one of them being autistic who was very upset over this time change helpful.when we finally got our lane everything went well from then onwards

We had no signal when playing bowling…
We had no signal when playing bowling so was unable to order food and drinks through the QR code, when asking someone if they could take our order, they wanted us to go to the bar to order, but this meant queuing and taking us away from playing bowling, customer service isn't what it use to be!

Friendly but very loud
Staff were really friendly, bowling was good, but it was SO noisy. Music played at full volume in addition to the other sounds of pool, machines etc meant we were all glad to leave. A shame, as I say, the bowling was good

Backgroun noise was high and caused some discomfort, staff were helpful in moving us to a lane awy from the noise source.

Overly priced
Overly priced. Not much choice for kids in arcade area. No real incentive for people to play and spend money. Tickets get you literally penny sweets. Not worth the money you spend.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Clean. Easy to sign in and play.
On the downside it's extremely noisy and there was no coffee available!! Not enough to spoil the outing though

Polite and helpful staff.good value on drinks and karaoke had good deal on offer made it worthwhile 1.microphones didn't work and it took ages to sort as sooooo busy .but didn't spoil our fun .levi is a star personable

Great girls night
Levi made us feel welcome. His attitude contributed to the evening. We had a great time. The only glitch was the microphone. This was rather annoying. Levi sorted it out for us

The customer service was appalling
The customer service was appalling. The reason as to why food was not allowed at the lanes is terrible customer experience and not explained at the time of booking and then the wait time for food after the bowling was excruciatingly long when all we wanted to do was leave. It was the explained to me that there were a ‘no refund’’ company. I will not be returning despite the actual bowling being good.
