Food was absolutely disgusting chips still hard and under cooked and burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted . Feral kids allowed to run around where people are trying to do bowling.

It was clean inviting
It was clean inviting, all tables clean and no empty glasses or plates on tables.
Plenty for the kids to do while we waited for the time of our lane. Could not get the drinks app to work but bar staff friendly and efficient. We all had a great time.

Taking my daughter to a summertime singing activity. The staff was very friendly to us and gave us the same amount of time to sing even though we were a bit late on the booking date.

Entertaining grandkids
Fun time with the grand kids. My wife and I are both disabled and our toddler has not played before. Still we enjoyed it but won't be back at that price. Way above our budget sadly. Time we bought food after, £100 of our budget was gone from our disability benefit. Still, we enjoyed it, but lesson learned

We had a fun game of bowling
We had a fun time bowling, but one game goes quite quickly. My Grandson had a great time too playing on all the games and collecting tickets. I would say though it is quite expensive so we couldn't afford to stay too long. It would be nice if there were 2p coin falls machines rather than the 10p ones. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Bowling was easy to use and the young lady on the desk was friendly and helpful. What let the experience down was the arcade. The children had won alot of tickets to be told the keys had been taken home by another member of staff and could not open it for the prizes. We were told we could come back the next day or redeem them in other tenpin. However this was our last day here and not another tenpin local to us. This led to the children being really upset not being able to collect the prizes they had seen and wanted.
