Love coming to tenpin, plenty to do bowling, lazertag pool etc great to have it all in the same place. Prices reasonable too, great place for family gathering or even a night out with friends

Far too expensive for a group of 5 for 2 games. The lane seating area had not been cleaned properly, with drinks residue on shelf. Deals to reduce cost only available on line and staff would not allow... Voir plus

We normally go to Hollywood Bowl but coming to Tenpin is so much better, the boys love playing the arcade games after we have played bowling as Tenpin have so much more than Hollwood Bowl.

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful, we didn’t have to wait for a lane and food was served quickly. The children enjoyed the arcade machines afterwards.

Terrible food
Ordered food whilst bowling. Food was terrible. Pizza was rock solid and the rest of the food was tasteless.
When asking for staff help, felt like you were bothering them and made to feel like you were an annoyance to them.

Holiday bowls with added debris!
Food was ordered - took over 30 mins for a burger and a panini! When it arrived - lukewarm at best.
Whilst very busy, people wandering across several lanes to come take bowling balls without asking, is poor etiquette at best.
People in next lane - getting in the way of our throwing actions, including walking in front of you as you were trying to bowl.
Our lane booked for a certain time slot, overran by 20 mins, and was full of drink and food debris from previous players, and was still there when we had finished, and the next folks were ready to come in.

Food was ridiculous
We ordered pizza which was solid when we got it chips and onion rings were tasteless ordered crisps for my 2yr old granddaughter but they brought over cheezits were she doesn't like

Children's party
Value for money was excellent- party of ten little girls- they had a ball and staff very attentive. Lots included in the price. Loved the little gifts on arrival and the dance party- particularly the conga. Fab!
Was a little worried when we arrived and doors were locked and the party started at 10- in hindsight 10.15 would have been better. I didnt realise ten pin didnt open until 10 as i was asked to arrive 15 mins prior. Staff were very organised when we they did open doors.
No gluten free options for a child with coeliac disease- i did bring an alternative for her and was glad i had phoned prior to check this.

Laser Tag Birthday Party
We had a laser tag party for my daughters 10th birthday on the 11th of July and the team there were fantastic with us. I was terrified as it was my first time doing a birthday party but they were so helpful and Kelsie the party host was amazing. Everyone was so kind and made the whole thing stress free and fun

Only 3 lane with people in the entire…
Only 3 lane with people in the entire bowling alley and we were side by side so family next lane keep taking my sons bowling ball that fitted his fingers he had to keep waiting for the ball to return it was his 12th birthday and was so happy getting lane 12 but that happiness ended very quickly why not spread people a few lanes apart?????

Tenpin was really good because..
My experience was really good because of the atmosphere, the bowling was amazing too. It’s really competitive, the drinks and food there are really good too, I didn’t expect it to be that good. Overall the place was really clean and high end.

The actual bowling was great as was the service from the staff. The automated darts game however let it down. It doesn't always register the darts even when the board is hit within the scoring areas so throws weren't counted. Made it pretty pointless playing the games.
