Love coming to tenpin, plenty to do bowling, lazertag pool etc great to have it all in the same place. Prices reasonable too, great place for family gathering or even a night out with friends

Far too expensive for a group of 5 for 2 games. The lane seating area had not been cleaned properly, with drinks residue on shelf. Deals to reduce cost only available on line and staff would not allow... Voir plus

We normally go to Hollywood Bowl but coming to Tenpin is so much better, the boys love playing the arcade games after we have played bowling as Tenpin have so much more than Hollwood Bowl.

The bowling itself is great and the arcade.
The food is very poor but cheap so can't complain.
They were unable to do any cocktails with Rum or Vodka in them when we went as they had run out apparently.
Which was a bit disappointing as we'd have spent a lot more money.

Ordered online for a pint to out lane 20 minutes passed with 4 staff on, it wasnt even that busy, in the end I ended up going to the bar and asking and was told it was just poured and I could see it on the bar top with our lane number next to it, there was no apology or anything, so very disappointing experience

Good but some general concern
The staff were great and relaxed with us. I would have given a 5, however at the venue there was a man filming the girls from our party. He was at various times filming either himself or just them. Some of girls reported that he was following them within the arcade area. When I reported it to staff, the member of staff I reported it to was very responsive. The manager was called to speak to him, however the manager never came to speak to him. We found the man sitting at the table next to us and parents were keeping an eye that he didn't film whilst he was sitting there. If staff do not keep folk in check, word would spread that these are unsafe venues for young childern and families. The man was heavily drinking, this is on a Sunday between 2-4pm. Apart from this, the staff, venue and food was excellent.

Birthday party
I booked for disabled brothers birthday and managed to do it all over the phone. All carers got free and disabled people got 2 games for £5.70 each. I added on 1 hr of karaoke which was £50. The guy on th phone helped me with everything I needed and paperwork was through by the end of the phone call.
Once at the venue, the girls could not be more than helpful. They waited until all the party was there before getting lanes ready and then made sure all our food/ drink was on tables for the time I asked for, there was a discrepency with the karaoke time but they moved it to the right time straight away and once the guys all enjoyed their food etc, the girls then took us to karaoke room and showed us how to use the system etc. They were amazing. A very happy customer indeed. Will definitely be doing it again and everyone enjoyed themselves.

We played 2 games of bowling and I was pleasantly surprised with the price for two adults and one child. In an age of everything costing a fortune I was preparing myself to have to pay a lot of money. Great atmosphere even at 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and the staff I encountered were all lovely.

Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money, kids loved the bowling and soft play. Having food and drink available was also helpful. Easy to access with good parking.
Great facility particularly when the weather prevents younger children getting out and about.

Great Afternoon
Staff are so friendly and helpful. We visited on a very busy Saturday afternoon, however we're still served quickly and the lane was clean and ready for us.
Ordered some food which arrived quickly and piping hot.

Dreadful place with odd staff and disgusting backward food. This place was literally a misery to visit with the worst food I've ever ordered.
