New facilities, play areas are great! Toilets are 100% better than they were previously! The only thing I would say would be to offer alternative milk for tea/coffee! Not sure I could sink a cockt... Voir plus

The staff were very nice and friendly and helpful, but the food I bought for my grandson was awful and a pathetic portion.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – terrible organisation and customer service
Our group of 8 arrived expecting a fun evening, but the experience was chaotic from the moment we arrived.
We were initially given two lanes separated by a wall, despite being one group. We had to ask staff to move us so that we could actually enjoy the evening together. The area was also dirty, with leftover drinks, rubbish and mess from previous customers still there.
The service was equally poor. Nobody seemed to know what was included in our drinks offer or how much the drinks cost. We were sent back and forth between different sides of the bar because nobody could give us a straight answer.
Our food was not brought out when expected either. We had to repeatedly chase staff and remind them to actually serve it.
The shift manager was particularly disappointing. Her attitude was extremely cold and unwelcoming, and she gave the impression that dealing with customers was an inconvenience to her.
Overall, the whole experience was disorganised, poorly managed and frustrating. There was a complete lack of communication between staff, and nobody appeared to take responsibility for resolving problems.
For a venue that is supposed to provide entertainment and hospitality, this was nowhere near an acceptable standard. We left feeling disappointed rather than having enjoyed our evening. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

long unorganised queues for check in and bar.
Dirty alleys with the last customers drinks glasses left and sauce sachets scattered about.
Sticky floors, uncleared tables.
It was so hectic and messy it made the whole experience feel miserable. You didn’t bother to have a drink or food as your time would be up for bowling etc. Quality family time ruined by the chaos of the place. Taunton Riverside has been a much better experience.
Booking was quite easy and quick, done on the telephone.
Staff were polite and apologetic but clearly under pressure.

Lovely clean and tidy place
Lovely clean and tidy place, lots to do. Great food and drink and friendly staff. My only criticism was not enough staff to cover checking in and the bar so it took a while to get served. The staff were amazing though

It was good
It was good, clean as usual. Expensive for chocolate behind the bar but nice atmosphere and fun activity plus good 10% discount after 6pm on Friday.

What an experience
The new layout is amazing. There is a lot of things to do. We booked bowling and it was great and easy to book. It also included 3 hours of free parking. Definitely recommend.
