Exeter TenPin were able to accommodate our booking of all the lanes for the session. There did seem to be a lack of space at the ball rack end, not quite enough room to run and swing as before. Sta... Voir plus

New facilities, play areas are great! Toilets are 100% better than they were previously! The only thing I would say would be to offer alternative milk for tea/coffee! Not sure I could sink a cockt... Voir plus

A young boy accused me of not paying…
A young boy accused me of not paying for a drink meanwhile I had my receipt online on my phone and he completely was ignoring me after I told him I was waiting for 30 mins for a slush puppy and it got to the point where we had to leave and I still didn’t have my drink but the boy didn’t bother to even tell me that my drink wasn’t on the system, he continued to service people while staring at me giving me dirty looks. Thankfully a lovely lady actually looked into it and saw I had paid and actually checked for me instead of looking down on me.

Family time.
All great. Grandchildren loved all the machines and soft play. They collected do many tokens which they then exchanged for their little prize. Even the parent and grandparents had a good time. Food waste also ok, only thing I would say is there is are not enough tables to eat at as some people just leave a couple of drinks on table. (this happened when we were there.) over 2hrs and not one person sat at the table, just left coats and drinks on table. That was the only thing that spoilt our visit.

Online food ordering is a back crap
The refurbishment is amazing!
The online ordering seems to be a bit glitchy and rubbish. Sometimes ordering drinks and they take ages to come or don't go through. My mate ordered the chicken wings and fries combo and didn't get fries, when he went to ask them they said it only came through as chicken wings but he paid for the combo, they said they would send over some fries, they never did so I ended up ordering more. This happened last time we came here when I ordered a burger and curly fries and when I got regular fries and questioned it they said "sorry it only came through as regular fries" even though I paid extra for curly fries

Bowling party Exeter
My boy absolutely loved his bowling party here in Exeter . The balloon modelling is a little bonus too .
Such an affordable party really good reasonable price ... Will be booking another party here

The staff were really helpful, just need other food options
The staff were really helpful. I paid for a 2hr birthday party, which I think was meant to be 2 games, but the got through the games in 1hr so the staff added extra games on. Kids had a great time doing the laser tag as well.
Only downside was the food. It was a group of 12 year old and I felt the portions were a bit small and the adult portion of chips looked about the same as theirs. Was also disappointed that ice cream is the only dessert option as had one child that had a dairy allergy and there was no alternative so got them a slushie so they wouldn't fell left out so having some alternatives would be great.

Staff were very helpful, had a 30 wait
Staff were very helpful, however it was very busy and there were no lanes free for our booked time. We ended up having to wait 30 mins for a free lane, they were apologetic.

Bar wait times when dead
Waited 50 minutes for our drinks to come. multiple things weren’t in stock, which we changed. but still took longer to make? was a quiet night. approached staff multiple times and asked (after half hour). They were kinda stood there unbothered and said they’ll be there soon. Stayed for the activity’s but wouldn’t return for use of the bar any time soon. 0 staff motivation.

Party of 11 ranging from 50 to 10 we have had the best time ever something for everyone to do and plenty more new experiences for our next visit place was clean and staff and manager were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us totally respectful and polite you couldn’t ask for anymore prices were good and really looking forward to coming back thank you for a great afternoon out.

The new refurbishment looks great
The new refurbishment looks great, the only negative when we attended was that the QR code to order food/drink didn't work at the lane which would have been great, rather than delaying the game. That said, the team were amazing and we were served fairly promptly.
