I was book 2 he session at 6 PM and…
I was book 2 he session at 6 PM and when I was reach their staff said now is closing time we close at 7 am every day but why online shown till 9 pm timing. I was disappointed my son was play only 15-20 minutes in soft play .

Great place to your kids forn day

Fun time bowling
Booked online. Smooth check in. My 13yr old daughter and her 2 friends has great fun bowling while i relaxed with a coffee and book in the bar area, overlooking the lanes.

I took my daugher and some friends at Tenpin in Feltham, was loads of fun the activities were great (bowling and soft play) however the food was atrocious 0/10 do not recommend the staff on the day were amazing especially Bianca and Saugo but one girl named layla was super rude, just fire her.

Place was filthy
Place was filthy, my friend had a party booked in.. tables weren’t cleaned after the party before so we had to clean ourselves. Floor filthy, few people been sick that had been at the party. Overall not a great experience

Burnt Pizza and hence disappointing experience
The Pizza which we had was burnt and it was the same with the kids packs. It was disappointing after spending so much of money.

Difficult drinks ordering process
The only thing that let down our experience was how difficult it was to order drinks via the website from our lane, and how long it took for the drinks to arrive. Felt like we were waiting forever. However the lanes were immaculate and all of the staff were friendly and helpful

some of the staff are very rude
some of the staff are very rude, i was with my nieces and nephew and the staff member are so moody and miserable, they never smile or let kids be happy.
