Paid for drinks and they took 25 mins…
Paid for drinks and they took 25 mins so we went up to the bar and they said sorry we dont actually have these drink at the moment but they didnt tell us this so then had to pick another drink but just wanted my money back for the drinks and they refused!! The staff were so rude as i didnt want another drink i wanted my money if they didnt have it

Such a fun party for all
Aga was so attentive and really made my daughter and her friends have such a fun time. Great prizes too for their strikes and spares and lovely food with refilled jugs of squash. Really loved the goody bag too. Many thanks.

The booking process was easy
The booking process was easy, and the staff in Kingston were incredibly helpful. We arrived late and needed to change our time slot, and they were very accommodating and assisted us without any issues. The overall experience was great, and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

Was not aware that games were time sensitive and despite enormous efforts from your Norai, 2 bowls were needed to decide the winner of a highly competitive match. Battled to get results from your system too. Booked for 3 and then wanted to have a 4th, again a problem. All your staff were, however, extremely helpful and really did try their best

Terrible service, worst cocktail ever
It was on the day of the heat wave 25/05, was expecting to enjoy a cool relaxed environment with a cocktail, but got opposite of. It was hot inside, the guy at the bar was acting as if it was our fault it was hot, miserable. We asked for a jug of cocktail, we got half jug of ice cubes and barely any cocktail, it was meant to be mojito, we got a drink with no mint leave, when we requested for it, he went got three leaves inside the jug and just dumped it on the table and walked away. Waooo, we actually paid to be treated like that.

the bowling was fun, shame the food was late
the bowling was fun, however I paid for eat and play and didn’t receive our food until 30 minutes after finished the game. I had 2 very hungry children!!
