Amusement machines broken
Lots of amusement machines were not working because they were missing parts although they were still taking your credits. Manager did refund, but took some time as there were very small amounts of staff present.

Great value for my 2 grandsons who live 90 miles away. They don't get to visit often due to other commitments but bowling and the arcade is a must!

Lane kept breaking
Lane kept breaking, had to move lanes, new lane broke a few times. Asked for food to come out later rather than straight away, all agreed with staff, food still came out early. Very chaotic. Seemed like the poor lady on the bar was doing everything. She was very apologetic. We booked for my daughters birthday and it led to frustration and delays of celebration.

We did bowling and arcades and it was so fun
The order at the table service was good and the staff was nice
The only downside was that it was a very hot day and i dont think the aircon was working or if they had any so it made bowling very warm to do

Temperature
The bowling was great as always, service was perfect however the only reason I don't go as often as I want to is the lack of air conditioning - the building has never been a good temperature, and just seems to get warmer the longer you're in there. No matter what time of the year it is, it gets increasingly hotter throughout the day/evening, and I have been coming to tenpin for years. Please upgrade, or install, air conditioning at some point - only then will this be a 5 star review.

Quick treat for the kids. Simple booking process. Staff helpful.
A negative was one of the arcade machines-seemingly the traditional penny type where the coins build up and you slide coins onto the moving shelf to try to win the fallers. However it was a total con. Called Deal or No Deal it only paid out if you were ‘lucky’. Young kids were using it totally unaware and were really disappointed when their winnings didn’t appear. Get rid of it.

We had a really good time but…..
We had a really good time, a few extra attention to details would have made it excellent.
The manager on duty was great he was friendly and listen to our request.
The other staff didn’t really care and it showed the girl booking us in was just rude and grunted at me I had to ask 3 times which lane we had.
When we got to lane 10 it had dirty drink glasses and food plates from the people before - no one came to clean it away throughout the whole visit, they did not even do it despite me alerting the staff to the mess.
I then requested a service call to get drinks no one answered it.
We enjoyed our game and the system was pretty good but for some reason during the 10th bowl the logistics page comes up and it sort of ruins it as for the younger ones it is not so obvious who came in which place.

Not as expected.
I had booked bowling for us as a family to enjoy during the summer holidays. We had booked for the evening. When we arrived we initially had to wait for staff to decide where we were going to be, this then ended up us being rushed towards the end as people were waiting to come onto our lane. Also there really should be air con. It was so hot inside, and this made it an uncomfortable environment due to being active and it being warm.

Game ignored that I had bowled down 9…
Game ignored that I had bowled down 9 pins and would have won the game but it registered the last go which was confusing as it started again major glitches to the gameplay
