My son has his 5th birthday party here and the staff were really good, the process was really easy to book, pay and how they ran the parties whilst there is really good too. Everyone enjoyed it a lot.... Voir plus

Family bowling
Family bowling. Good experience. Shame it isn't cheaper so that we could go more often. Toilets always filthy with empty soap dispensers.

Really bad experience
We visited on the 14th for my daughter’s birthday and, although it was very busy for a Tuesday, the overall experience was disappointing. The queues were long, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or managing the situation. Even the manager didn’t appear to step in or offer any support.
When our food finally arrived, it was cold. The pizza was very cold, and the burger wasn’t much better, which made it even more frustrating after such a long wait.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They really need to improve their customer service and consider hiring more staff to cope with busy periods.

Great value half term deal.
It was great fun and a good value half term deal for 2 games and food. My grandchildren had a great time.

I visited on a Thursday afternoon with my son and baby . We played two games of bowling . There was no staff managing the main area where u bowl , so the assistance button is pointless as you have to search for a member of staff if u require them to get a ball or anything , which is difficult with two children . Food has to be ordered on QR code which is fine if it came at the same time . Was nice when it came eventually . One member of staff was very helpful and polite at till, I didn’t get her name but I believe she had green hair .

Nice place.to.be and good bowling alleys. We were a little late arriving but it was no problem for the staff. Easily onto the lane and good selection of balls to use.

We had a great night
We had a great night. Even when we told the manager about the flashing light from a bulb that needed to be changed due to me having epilepsy. He apologised and advised that it had been registered but no-one has come out yet and offered us a free drink as he was fully booked and we could not be moved due to needed 2 lanes

Great service
Had a blast anyway but the staff were friendly and helpful, whether it's the service at the tills or the young man who showed us how to do the karaoke stuff
