Had 2 games with food and drink Unfortunately what let the day down was 3 teens vaping into peoples lanes including ours and no one doing anything about it.

Smooth and simple booking and confirmation on arrival. It was quiet whilst we were there so it was disappointing they put another group right next to us with all the available lanes.

We normally go to Tenpin in Rochdale.. but we were away for the weekend, and went to Wrexham.
We had a great night. A Mum, Grandma, 21 year old and 14 year old.. and we all loved it! Thank you.

Great price and really nice venue. Food and drink good. My son also loved the arcade aswell.

Bowling was fun, food and service questionable
The bowling experience was fine no issues there. The issues arose when we ordered drinks on the app to be delivered to our lane. The wrong size drinks were brought which I had to take back and get replaced. Then after the bowling we decided to stay and have food which we ordered at the till. We ordered 3 curly fries with nachos cheese and they arrived without, so we returned them and asked for the cheese fries we ordered. We were then delivered the same, now going cold fries back with the nacho cheese, they were not nice and we left most of them. We would definitely go back for the bowling but not the food which i felt was not great and overpriced.

Disappointed with food
The bowling was fine, but the food service was poor. We waited over half an hour for our food, and paid more than £3 more for my husband to have a chicken burger and when my sons beef burger came out it was a bigger meal. Really not happy with this and didn't get much response when spoke to staff

good activities but food is so bad for the price chicken burger comes with NOTHING other than the chicken bar staff are rude and talk to you like they don't want you there , prices are good games wise but food and staff wise it's a 2/10 hence the 3 star

I booked a party for my daughters 10th…
I booked a party for my daughters 10th birthday for her and friends between 10am and 12pm and half way through the second game the game was switched off which I thought was a bit unfair as they were all really excited playing and taking selfies on the screen. We spent over £30 in the arcade and I think for a birthday party they should have been allowed to finish the game. Fair enough if it had dragged on hours but to switch it iff bang on 12pm for 9–10 year olds is a unfair. Also “dancing” on the package was abysmal. One girl working and dancing with the children looked like she didnt want to be there at all. I even filmed it because it became funny how little effort was made. It said goodies in the package but there wasn’t anything given. The chips that came with the pizza were overcooked and hardly any of the children ate them. I wont be booking anyother party there which is sad as mu daughter was really looking forward to it

School trip
We were on a trip from school ALL the staff were extremely helpful, alot of us had food and ot was all very enjoyable many thanks to all the team at Wrexham

Perfect To Start The Night
Went here recently for a lads night, everything was hassle free and service was very quick. Lovely atmosphere and staff were very polite, so it felt nice to stay for a little while, bowl and have some drinks. Highly recommend.
