Visited for the new soft play with my 18m grand daughter. Go careful as they are understandably very very tight on the height restrictions and she was too tall for the tots area but wasn’t old enough... Voir plus

Shame about the service
The purpose of the visit was for our son’s birthday and we visited with six of his friends. The bowling was fine and the laser combat was satisfactory (although cut short by 10 minutes to accommodate the next party). The main reason for the poor score was a particular member of staff - whilst serving at the bar it was all eye rolls and tuts and a sense that customers were a terrible inconvenience. The same member of staff supervised the laser combat and the boys independently reported she was curt with them. A real shame as everything else was fine.

Date day
My husband and I decided to go bowling for a date.
We had 2 options of venue, but Tenpin was so much more reasonably priced.
Lots of things to do all under one roof.
Would certainly visit again

Always a pleasant experience visiting ten pin at York.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Ten pin is also much cheaper than others which is a bonus.

Well we were seven and only got 6 drinks.. had to remind them several times for seventh drink … they gave it on the way out.. overall it was average

Great experience
Staff member was really friendly and helpful. Despite being busy they processed us really quickly. Everyone had a good time and the venue was presentable and clean.

Bowling experience Good, food not so good.
The bowling experience was good as were the other entertainments but the food is at the opposite end of the scale. It took nearly 30 mins to come and when it did it was cold. Pictures of waiting for deliveroo to fetch it from the local McDonalds and then a further delay as it was repackaged come to my mind.
