Very expensive, rip off
If you think paying £400 to get your laptop (which is only one year and half old) fixed, then they are good. Sounds like a rip off to me. Also to loose half the storage that I used to have.

🤬😡PÉSSIMA EMPRESA, PÉSSIMO PÓS VENDAS!!!!Se vc tiver problema esquece, te ignoram, qdo respondem te dão uma burocracia danada pra resolver e mesmo vc fazendo tudo que pedem não resolvem, tem mais de 10 dias que emitimos nota de devolução e avisamos pelo ticket que tá pronto pra coletarem e nada. O computador saiu da terabyte amassado, a caixa tá intacta, o computador todo esfolado e eles não se importam, receberam a vista e causaram a pior experiência de compra dos meus últimos 10 anos.
