I’ve had ingredients missing. I also wish I could fit more meals in your container. I have to feed four people and it makes it almost impossible order two of the two person meals and have it fit in your container. I would also like to see an option for meals five days a week as there are five week nights a week when I have to cook.

It's ok, just want more food

Recipes for dinner are very yummy. Easy to assemble. Quick. Pre-made salads are full of wilted lettuce, and some of the prechopped ingredients are past their prime the day they arrive or the next day... which is to be expected somewhat with prechopped veggies.

We love our meals with Terra's Kitchen. The process is easy, food quality is great and the meals are delicious. We have tried other meal services but didn't like the 30-40 minutes of prep before cooking begins. Not the case with Terra's, definitely worth a try!

I’ve been so pleased with Terra’s Kitchen! Fresh ingredients, tasty recipes, easy preparation. Love being able to put home-cooked, healthy meals on the table quickly.

I am new to the system but so far I am pleased. After I cook a meal I will be better able to assess the system in its entirety.

Food was fresh, recipes really good, and I loved the compartment organization of the refrigerated system.
My only complaint is the food was not delivered on three different occasions, twice for shipping problems with their carrier. Customer service was always prompt in apologizing for the problem and crediting my account.

The recipes and produce quality are great, if somewhat on the expensive side compared with competition (same quality of produce, larger portions, more competitive pricing). I think the issue with Terra's Kitchen is the immediate availability of customer service representatives over the phone. If there is an issue with your order you have to email and sometimes they take two days to get back to you, by which time it is obviously too late for this sort of thing. There is no way to speak with someone even if you call and it seems sort of a shady practice, which is not reflected, of course, in the care that goes into the selection of recipes and produce. Strange. I am sure they can improve on that front.

We’ve tried other food services before and had ok success. But so far we are super excited about this one. It comes in such a nice package and they tell you if you have extra room for other items (snacks, breakfast, lunch, etc). Then the delivery person comes back and picks up the packaging the next day !! It’s great.

Very good service, convienant, quick, like the fact that we recycle the container, only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it is more expensive than other services. Worth it for now, hoping the price goes down though or may have to go to another service.

I love the ease, affordability and quality of the food with Terra’s Kitchen.
I have tried several other at home meal kits and I keep coming back to Terra’s kitchen.
The portion sizes are perfect for our family of 4 and the recipes are easy to follow.
My only 2 complaints about the service is that the recipes offered to order change often and recipes that we love and look forward to are no longer available to order. The other, is the quality of chicken. More often than not the chicken quality we receive is awful compared to the quality of all other meats. We often substitute their chicken with our own previously bought chicken.
The fruit, veggie & side items are also a plus!

I love the pre-cut and washed produce. It saves so much time. I also like that there is less waste and big boxes to lugg to recycling

Only taking one star away because the produce isn't as fresh as it used to be. I tend to not have the time to make my meals right away and the produce used to last; now I see things about to go bad a couple of days after delivery. A couple of things have arrived in less than perfect condition as well. But overall, we love Terra's Kitchen. All meals are easy, usually one pot and delicious!! Having everything already chopped really saves a lot of time and is worth the extra money to have :)

The meals have lived up to be 30 min or less to make. Sending the container back is a huge plus as I don't have any shipping materials to dispose. The meals are good and they come close to correct on the portion sizes. I do like that they have many gluten free options for us to choose from. I planned an entire month with 3-4 meals per week gluten free without repeating recipes.

I have been impressed both by the quality of the food, and by the excellent customer service I've received from Terra's Kitchen. Everything is fresh and organized and the meals I've prepared have been excellent. The recipe cards are well put together and the recipes themselves are easy to follow. In addition, I had a bit of a problem with FedEx delivering my shipment on time, and Terra's Kitchen was all over it, working with FedEx to resolve the issue. I'm also a big fan of their reusable shipping containers. They keep everything fresh and cold and because they're reused, they are far more environmentally friendly than an endless supply of cardboard boxes.

We have tried other meal delivery services, and can say without hesitation that Terra's Kitchen is head and shoulders above them. What I like the most about your service:

I tried Terra's Kitchen for the first time and would give it 4.75 stars if possile. I love the shipping vessel no cardboard boxes to deal with! And the food is wonderful, so much fresher than the other services I tried. I even ate kale salad and liked it. The only tiny thing I would like is a little more detail in the recipes for us novice cooks. Rather than just "chop onions", how about what size chop?

I've got mixed feelings about Terra's Kitchen. They offer high quality food with a good shelf life, and the pre-chopped ingredients make meal prep effortless. It often takes less time to prep a meal than the recipe card quotes. I take 2 stars off for the lack of recipe options (they have a fixed number of recipes for each dietary category and they don't change from week to week so you repeat) and the poor website interface. Terra's kitchen offers options for many different dietary restrictions, but you can't save those restrictions into your profile. They only offer an "anything" option or a weightloss option. If you don't remember to go in and select meals that fit your specific dietary needs, Terra's Kitchen will autopopulate your order for the week. The items they choose are seemingly random and the one time I got stuck with their choices I ended up with a bunch of high fructose snack foods and only one actual meal. As a result, I have to babysit Terra's kitchen and make sure it sends me the right meals every week that fit our dietary preferences. Also searching for those meals on their current interface is a pain. They intersperse oatmeal, with dinner kits, and raw ingredients with no sense of organization. It's not terrible, but they could make my life easier by just saving my desire for "4 low-sugar dinners per week for 2 people" and auto-filling it with a sufficient variety to keep me from getting bored.

We have really been blown away by this service. Recipes are quick and easy which is what my busy family needs. Each meal is flavorful and the servings are generous. We get excited each Tuesday because it is "drop off' day!
