My experience with SAM was fab! I enjoyed taking part in the research by trying different make up products and completing the surveys that were given. Everything was so easy to navigate, and the process was straightforward. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout my whole experience, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Have been part of SAM's Reading testing community for years now and always a good experience. Payment is in the form of Love to Shop e-vouchers now which is handy as they can be spent in loads of places. Studies are always well run and the facilities are always spotlessly clean. Staff are great and it's really cool to test new products before they make it to the shelves. Highly recommended!

I’ve been doing studies with Test for Sam for many years and have always enjoyed my experience. The staff onsite are very friendly and helpful. Always interesting trying new products, especially when you’re being paid! Parking can be limited but the staff are always on hand to help find somewhere for you to go, alternatively, there is a bus stop at the top of the road which is something I have used myself as well as using their car park. Overall, always a great experience and I always look forward to carrying out one of their studies!
Staff has always been very friendly, everything has always been on time and structured so we are in and out with ease. Should go back to cash or atleast Amazon vouchers!

Awful market research company. Unprofessional and speak to you like you are a piece of mud on their shoe. Parking is awful and they allow parking spaces which are situated both horizontal spaces and then at one end they are vertical spaces, which means you block the cars in one end but depending on how people park it is doable. Today I attended onsite and was met with the little old lady who wears glasses and to be honest walks around like she owns the place. Her words “you need to move your car” I said there is no cones or any notice to advise you can’t park there” she went on to explain how I would potentially block someone in but as I said “why create such awful parking layout if you can’t accommodate people to park? This isn’t the first time this vile woman has been rude. She was so rude and it resulted in me saying either o leave my car where it is or I leave and she replied with leave, so that I did!
I can see why this company struggles with people attending onsite because 1. they have women like her speaking to people like rubbish, 2. They cannot offer suitable parking that doesn’t block people in and finally if the space can’t be used then why not purchase some cones where you can block it off for no one to use.
Sort your parking out and your staff SAM Research it’s crap!
Product testing centre a positive experience. However the payment system is abhorrent. Vouchers that do not exist that you cannot redeem anywhere.
Waste of your time.
