Loyal customer
I've been purchasing products from this store for years. Their selection of items as well as their customer service is great! I would highly recommend them.

Great products, slow delivery
I really like the beads an wire from this shop. They are good value for money. However I seem to have q very long wait for my orders. When I order beads, I need them next day or ASAP. I know I am impatient, but the bead shop does seem to be particularly slow.

Lots of choice
Easy to find what you need and to order it. Plenty of choice. Dispatch could have been a bit quicker but maybe I’ve been spoilt recently.

Bead Heaven
Wide selection of glass beads and findings, of good quality. Some nice semi-precious gem beads too, although I would like to see a bigger variety. Excellent customer service: prompt delivery and quick, efficient handling of a minor muddle with one of my orders. Recommended company to shop with!
