How ok is it, its very good

Ordered on January 25th before 2pm for next day delivery. Hadn't heard anything regarding delivery by the the 27th so emailed 2 different accounts and the online portal. Got a reply to my email on the 28th saying the delay was due to not having 2 items in stock, that I can replace them for other items and would get a liquid as an apology 👍. My liquids finally showed up today (Feb 1st), original liquids I had ordered, no apology/complementary liquid. I waited a week for something that should have been next day. I'm also frustrated with the site. I was choosing liquids that were 3 for £10 but was being charged 3 for 2. Some great tasting eliquid but customer service/delivery times are not good.

Online service is seriously poor, I made an order on Dec 26th and paid for 48hr delivery as I’d just gone into covid lockdown, therefore couldn’t get to my usual AoV shop (Bentley, which I find excellent, Dan is a top bloke). What they’d ‘forgotten to mention’ online and what I discovered from an email on Jan 4th, was that despite having Boxing Day offers etc, they were in fact not having any orders collected from them to go out for delivery until Jan 4th. My order didn’t arrive until Jan 10th, by which time I had finished quarantine. An absolute shocker and total disappointment.
