The Baller Store Avis 56

Scam, had to contact the bank and get it reported a month later to get my money back. Sent over multiple emails to different email addresses in relation to the company and had absolutely no response.

This is a scam. I ordered the red baller babe body suit one piece and Ivy women’s v back crop top and received instead this crinkled cheap looking nightclub jumpsuit that is completely different to the item I ordered. The crop top was missing. The packaging was from China and had Chinese writings. I am sick to my stomach when I realise I have been scammed. Whatever they sent is not even good enough to give my dog to lie on. These people have no soul. The parcel had cheap aluminium foil packaging and no address to track. Keep away from them. This business is not Australian based and needs to close down!!

I never received my order (approx $150)
And no response from customer service after I’ve sent 3 emails
Can only assume it’s a scam.

Absolutely horrible customer service no tracking updates. Have emailed customer support twice. No response spent $250 packages apparently coming separately already paying for my order and I don’t have it. I ordered it on 8 February do not order from these people!!

Never received any shipping info. sent multiple emails and no response. customer service is appalling! DO NOT BUY

My purchase was a very pleasant experience: the range is great, reasonable prices and the customer service brilliant. Couldn’t recommend higher.

The website was easy to navigate and find the product I was looking for. I reached out through FB as it was said to be the best option of contact or asking questions, however I didn’t receive any reply back. So maybe in future if you’re going to use FB as the best point of contact, probably a good idea to check and reply to customers. Everything else went perfectly, the meeting point of picking up the order, the flexible times & delivery options. Very polite person. Would buy from the company again for future basketball needs.

They went above and beyond to fulfil my order, when things had gone awry. Were a pleasure to work with and would definitely buy from again.

Website easy to use and payment was easy. The product was delivered in 5 days. So well done for fast delivery. The only thing that I can say you could improve is your email notifications for shipping. I received an email saying that it had been shipped after it had been delivered. Not a big thing but I didn't really know the status of my product and then it just turned up. Otherwise good experience.

I live in the UK and ordered several items online as a gift for my nephew in Port Macquarie. I made a mistake and ticked the collect in store option which would have been a bit tricky, but the wonderful Sal got in touch straight away and rectified it with no problem. Great website and awesome customer service.

reasonable price and fast delivery. i ordered my zamst ankle brace and got it in 2days.

My son has glassy ankles and needed ankle braces rather quickly. The Baller Store could have simply processed the order however they thought there was something a little odd about this order and made contact to confirm sizing. The guys at The Baller Store organised an alternative courier to ensure I received these quite quickly. Really appreciated their personal attention and assistance

I thought buying this shop was supporting local store. However, I didn’t expect to wait over a month and still not getting the parcel. If I knew the waiting period is longer than a month I would have chosen the other retailer.

Update: The baller team was trying their best to help. The parcel has finally arrived after 5 weeks of waiting. I do recommend the baller team and their customer service, I would give them 5 stars on customer service if there is an option. I’ll still recommend my friends to shop at the baller store.
