Scam
Not even worth one star.
I ordered online after seeing on their website that orders would be shipped within 10 days. After 15 days, I contacted them because I had received no update. The only way to contact them was through social media, as no proper contact details were provided on their website - which should have been a major red flag.
I asked to cancel my order because the stated shipping timeframe had not been respected and there was no option to cancel through the website.
They assured me they would ship the order the same day and explained the delay by saying they had recently relocated. This relocation was not communicated on their website or social media. Despite my clear request to cancel, the order was not cancelled. It was only shipped several days later, not the same day as they had promised.
When I requested a return, they never provided a return label. The return address was also not mentioned on their website or on the parcel.
Overall, a very disappointing experience: poor communication, unclear return process, misleading information, and no respect for a customer’s cancellation request.
