I have found the Carpentry Store to be exceptional to work with. From my initial purchases through to their after sales service, the staff have been responsive, friendly and prompt. I would recommend them highly to new and established woodworkers.

I find Ann, Pat and the rest of the staff fantastic. Living in Kerry if I order something it is always with me the next day or the day after depending on the time I order it. Brilliant service and if the shop does not normally stock something (I am looking for Cryo woodturning tools) they have no problem sourcing it in for you. I trust the shop enough to frequently push it on the YouTube channel

I ordered scroll saw blades from their website and after a week and no sign of my order I phoned the Carpentry Store who said they would ring me back. They didn't ring back. So I phoned again and I was told the blades I ordered were not in stock and would I accept a alternative. I agreed to this and part of what I order arrived with a balance note of the remaining blades which they would post out to me. Over two months later still no sign of the balance of my order. So I've written off the Carpentry Store. I ordered more lades from Dictum in Germany, they arrived within the week. Sad tale.
How can this be 3.7 with no Negative reviews … that doesn’t make sense … also it doesn’t make sense for them to be 3.7…. It’s a very well run place, for good items and quality pieces at good prices. It’s a family run business they genuinely care that you get what you’re looking for.
This place is more like a woodworking hub than a tool shop.
This is a top class store. The service and advice is second to none. It's rare to find a store like this where they will pick up the phone and actually go out of their way to help and find solutions. The range of stock items is incredible too, a real Aladdin's Cave for wood turners and crafters. Delivery is very quick for on line visitors too.
