Greeted on arrival and left to look round at our leisure. Good quality furniture at a reasonable price. We ordered two chest of drawers and two very comfortable reclining chairs with footstools. The young lady was very helpful and polite. We were told four weeks delivery and they came exactly four weeks later!! Excellent service by the delivery men. Put everything together for us and were very polite and professional. Great service all round. Definitely recommend

Delivery men put all the packaging in my bin but it was not the right bin so the binmen refused to take it I had to empty the bin and dispose of it myself

Ordered a custom sized corner sofa from the Bradford branch. Was told it would be a 6-8 weeks wait. Got a call after 6 weeks to say they could deliver in 2 days, given a 2 hour time slot for delivery. The delivery guys did run slightly late but they couldn’t have been more apologetic about this. Traffic happens unfortunately. Paid for them to put the sofa together and then take away the rubbish - this made it so convenient! Very professional staff and they were super quick, were in and out within 20 minutes, lovely guys. Thank you! Will definitely be back for more furniture in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Izzy the sales assistant was excellent and helped us decide which ones to chose and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and not a pushy sales person at all.
Delivery was made within the quoted delivery period quoted.
