Furniture is fabulous quality and the best price we could find.

The store was really excellent but the people who came to build the furniture did it wrong the glass for the fire pit was wrong way round we had to re-do it the sofas were not joint together so when the weather was windy the sofa blew around the garden ☹️

Excellent service in the store, was try to word, rang when they said they would and delivered on time by two amazing young men, who were jovial and very friendly.

The best possible price for our stunning outdoor lounge set. We were kept well informed as to how long shipping and delivery would be and the very small additional fee we paid for everything unboxing and all of the packaging being taken away was a must as there were so many boxes!

Men quickly put chair together and showed me how to use it only quibble was they didn’t ring me when they arrived

The quality and price of the furniture is excellent. Good selection of suites. The delivery guys, Andy and Rich, took great care bringing our sofa and chair in , assembling it and then took the packaging away. All greatly appreciated. Friendly team, easy relaxing store. Order arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Delivery team were prompt, took care when taking furniture upstairs.

After the purchase on line they followed up with a phonecall the next day to confirm the order. Confirmed delivery date on 2 days the following week which was followed up and confirmed with a 2 hour slot for the day of delivery. We didnt pay the charge for unpacking because it wasn't made clear that some of the boxes were to big to go through doorways or side gate. Overall we were happy with the service and the product.
