What a scam
What a scam! I simply cannot stop them sending me emails about their coffee machines.
James Oladujoye stop spamming my inbox and read the responses. If you are not going to read them then what is the point of sending any emails trying to sell something. I might have asked for 10 but hey, because you do not read you missed the deal!!!
Where did you get my email address in the first place anyway? Have I ever asked to be contacted?

Thank you so much Nadia. Because we only focus on Office Coffee Machines all of our activities and services are focused around that specific need. Often there is no catering expert in our business and its left to the Office Manager or a key individual to take care of the office coffee. If things go wrong we work quickly to resolve your issue and provide training. Do tell others!!

Thank you Leeca for the feedback. Its hard for businesses to differentiate between different office coffee machine suppliers and often its a price based decision. What happens after installation is critical which is why we are very much focused on customer care and keeping that coffee flowing.

Our business model is predicated on long term relationships we are building with our customers. Do tell others as we need to find homes for coffee machines :-)

Great support from James and his Team. Really friendly and fast response to any queries, either via email or on the phone. Real personal touch. We were given a 4 week trial to ensure the machine was what we wanted, but after just a couple of days use, we were smitten!
We have the CD5 machine which has an adjacent milk cooler and cup warmer. Really easy to use and has lots of various coffee, milk and chocolate options (the Galaxy chocolate when made with milk is particularly good!!). You do need to remember to clean it at the end of every day but the milk clean set up only takes a couple of minutes so isn't a problem. It's just remembering to do it!
Overall would highly recommend The Coffeedesk!

Hello Cathy what a fab review - thank you so much. Fresh milk coffee machine's do need to be looked after properly, but for customers with the budget and the discipline you cant go wrong. Do spread the word as we have machines that need homes :-)

I was given the task of trying to find a coffee machine for our office building. Crickey I didn't realise it would be so difficult!! Then I came across Thecoffeedesk and they saved me!!
James and the team were absolutely brilliant. The service they provided for us was faultless.They gave us the opportunity to trial the machine we had in mind. Which is such a bonus. I now understand that you will never be able to please every body as we all like different tasting coffee but the machine James provided for us gave such a great range of drink choices. Nobody walked away unhappy. You can have a rich coffee, smooth coffee, milky coffee ,extra shot coffee and many more different types of coffee and drinks. If you are looking for a company to provide you a coffee machine. Stop right there and give James a call. I can not recommend them enough you will not be disappointed.

St Hugh's Hospital; Installation
We have just had three machines installed and the whole process from initial contact to installation has been a very easy and very friendly experience. James, Jodie & Chris are very attentive and friendly. They have turned up when they said they would and have done everything they said they would. I have been very happy with their service to date. I'm looking forward to a long partnership.

We have just leased a brand new CD3…
We have just leased a brand new CD3 machine with the Coffee Desk, and I must say the machine produces the best Macchiato imaginable! Notwithstanding the amazing coffee, the team including Jodie and James have been wonderful.
They have been very flexible, and patient, with us whilst we tried and tested different machines and different beans.
I couldn't recommend these guys enough, and personally recommend the Goodfella coffee beans!!
