Bought a course it’s been weeks now I haven’t received a working log in I’ve messages the company on all platforms and even emailed had no response currently waiting 30 days to dispute the charge with my bank absolute joke of a company

Locked out at 1st attempt of login
Kept a weekend free to start the course and the login doesn't recognise my email and has now locked me put till Monday morning.....more than a bit frustrated

I paid for the course on the 5/06/25 I have not been able to download the course yet 19/06/25 I have sent emails a new password was given but still not able to access the course I have asked countless for someone to contact me but nobody has!

Excellent recovery from what appeared to be a problem
Prompt response to the issue below i.e. 09:00 next working day. Appears to be an issue with the link to payment which has to be a banking issue.
Payment took before being given the opportunity to register. Payment taken and no email address request so obviously me email recieved with log in details. Hopefully a glitch with the web site and it will sorted. Waiting for reply to Web form which I hope works better than the course purchase/ sign up process.
