Store staff were very helpful and friendly. Lorraine has great product knowledge and was able to answer any queries we had and offered plenty of options to allow us to choose what was right for us. Lorraine is a fantastic sales advisor who looked after us so well. Would not hesitate to deal with her for future purchases.

Only came in first a Difuser !!
We came home to Kent found out one if diffusers was cracked on opening box. I called the store they were so helpful and apologetic saying to bring back when I’m next up in area

Five start service
Alison was so approachable and incredibly helpful when I was looking for somewhere quiet to breastfeed my son, who was feeling stressed and upset. She kindly offered me a sofa where I could sit comfortably, which I really appreciated. Once I was finished, she also took the time to help me choose and purchase some diffuser oils. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made such a difference to our visit. Thank you, Alison!
