Easy place to buy from.
Whilst the bike arrived in good condition and as described, I had to adjust the steering bearings because they were loose, even though that was ticked as checked on the delivery note.
Also delivery took too long.

The headset is checked before dispatch; however, due to the way bikes are packaged for transport, a minor adjustment can occasionally be required on arrival.

The service from these guys was phenomenal from ordering my parts and fitting them in 4 days. Friendly staff from walking in the shop and very helpful. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone 10 out of 10 keep up the good work

A great start to my E-Bike experience.
I went to Bristol Electric Bike shop to just look at what sort of electric bikes were on offer.
I spoke to Gabriel who was knowledgeable, helpful and really listened to what I would like and for what purpose. He translated all technical information so that I understood what was important.
Gabriel showed me a couple of bikes and immediately I knew that I really wanted the green one in particular! We arranged a test ride.
Today I have been in and met with Rich, yet again I found him to be professional, interested in me as a customer and in what I thought were my requirements.
Rich facilitated a test ride on the preferred green Cube, which was great fun, and then spent quite a time ensuring that I understood what I needed to about my new bike.
I never felt rushed, which I liked, and was strongly of the impression that both Rich and Gabriel have a passion for all things cycling and want others to experience that too. Thanks to both.

The bike arrived 2/3 days later than I was led to expect. When it arrived it was not "ReadytoRide" which I had paid for.
However Lewis in The Bristol shop was excellent in rectifying all these problems

The emphasis on service by Cardiff store
I have now had a few dealings with staff at the Cardiff store . Each time from initial contact re bike ( electric ) issues ,they have gone out of their way to accommodate and explain what they've thereafter done and also this time give some guidance re maintenance.
I dealt with Paul & Dan on this occasion . They were great in fairness, patient, knowledgeable and pragmatic.

Great after sales service
I bought an ebike from them through the cycle2work scheme. The communication was great from the get go. The bike arrived within a day or two.
unfortunately the mudflap had cracked during the transportation. I emailed the lady I was communicating with and she told me that they don't stock them and they will try to find one for me though.
I forgot about it and continued to enjoy the bike - which is still doing great after almost two years.
After about 4 months, I received something in post from them! They had finally found the mud flap and they still remembered/cared to send it to me!
I'm definitely buying again from them!
