The Farthing Avis

This is a place to go to for things that are a little bit out of the ordinary. Very personal and helpful customer service. The mirror / shelves unit I bought for my bathroom is well designed and well made, and a good price. Very pleased and will use this store again. Thank you

Really happy with my purchase. Good customer service is respecting your customers & responding promptly, which is how The Farthing dealt with my queries regarding delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to order with them again, as they have such delightful goods.

the item was as described and construction details were easy to follow

Love their stuff. Great service

Whilst I am very happy with the quality of my purchase, thank you, there were delays, which I understand are some times out of the hands of the supplier. I would have liked more regular updates on the order process and estimated delivery.

Thank you for the updates as this pre order took a couple of months to come back in stock but kept informed throughout great service thank you 😊

It's been nearly 6 weeks and I still dont have my item, it's only a mirror, shouldn't take more than a coule of weeks

Waited 2hr 40min on the live chat and gave up

Lovely item

Gorgeous mirror, very well packed

I ordered a hall cupboard from The Farthing and it was just as described and looks good in my hallway. The only disappointing thing was that it was a pallet delivery so as I was alone I had to go looking for a helpful neighbour

Unfortunately the first shipment saw both ceramic planters broken. The company sorted the issue immediately and the second shipment saw the planters arrive in perfect condition.

Beautiful garden mirror delivered yesterday, well packaged. Very kind and helpful customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great choice - great prices - quick delivery and wonderful customer service. Very happy customer

Great customer service, responded to questions in a friendly and prompt manner.
Would definitely use this company again.

You were amazing so efficient incredibly helpful I can’t recommend you enough and we love the product. The first one was too small my fault completely as I didn’t check the size properly and you organised collection and delivery of a bigger one effortlessly thank you so much

Was delivered very quickly and communication good - very pleased with product so hey all good!!

Customer service second to none and fantastic products. An absolute pleasure to buy from this company being confident of individual attention each time I have ordered.

The firepit I purchased was good quality and at a good price. Dispatch, however, was delayed although this was rectified once I'd contacted The Farthing and it was sent as a priority.

Quick and efficient delivery, I was kept well informed. Love the lamp. Very helpful people

I purchased the Dark and Light Horizon Art Framed Wall Canvas and it is beautiful, I would definitely recommend, it is exactly as per the image on the website. I took one star away as it took a long time for it to be delivered, worth the wait though!
