The Garden Office Avis 

The entire experience was fantastic. They were fast, professional and reliable and the unit is beautiful. The only reason why I have not given a 5 star is because the original plan had to be changed right before installation as the initially designed full-length fixed window was not compatible with the rounded corner of the unit. I wished we had known this sooner. We had to change to that for a normal size window on the week of installation. However, the office is beautiful and once we solved that minor issue, it all went very smoothly.

This company is brilliant - I can’t recommend them enough. From the initial order to delivery and erecting our garden room, to the finishing and hand over, I have never known a company who worked so hard and the customer service is second to none. All the people I came into contact with were wonderful and needless to say the product is worth every penny. A wonderful product supplied by a truly brilliant company and the best workforce I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with - if I needed another, I would go straight back to Green retreats without any hesitation

Very good communication throughout the process. Design planning easy to understand and options well explained. Ordering and installation process efficient, helpful and friendly. A high quality end product which was just what we had hoped for.

Amazing product, fantastic customer service, friendly staff, quick and mess free build, overall a stress free experience. We had a 3.5 by 4.5 metre office/spare room built in the garden. The workmanship of the product is first class. The company kept me up to date all the way through the process. Every person we met was helpful and friendly from the moment we got to the showroom, the guys that built the base, the chaps who constructed the building and the electricians that connected up the power. The build took 4 days which is much quicker than modifying the house, 1/2 a day for the base, 2 days for the building and 1/2 a day for the power. Once other massive advantage over a house extension is there is very little mess and what mess there was is cleaned up by the guys, no need for skips etc. They made the whole process pleasurable let alone stress free. We have had many people say wow as they walk into the garden and want to have a nosy round. I would recommend them to anybody.

This company were recommended to us, but they exceeded our expectations from day one. The teams who fitted the TWO garden rooms we had built at our nursery could not have been more obliging or helpful.
The admin support is also very reassuring.

Making the decision to invest in a garden office was a huge decision for me as a small business owner. I was also a bit anxious about using a company that was a couple of hours away from where I live. However Green Retreats exceeded my expectations and I am absolutely delighted with the final product. All the employees we came into contact with were professional and polite including those in the showroom who patiently explained all the options and answered our endless questions, the team who laid the base in torrential rain without complaining, the team that built the structure, the plasterer and the electrician. It was also really helpful to have a customer service at the end of the phone or e-mail to answer any last minute questions and oversee the entire project.

They have been great from start to finish, really happy with the product - the only challenge I had was around electrics, they didn't seem too keen to install the electrics and preferred me to find my own electrician

It has been a real pleasure dealing with The Garden Office in creating our own unique garden studio. The customer service pre installation was excellent and no slight tweak or change was too much trouble and Rebecca always responds swiftly and efficiently to any query.

The installation teams arrived early and worked efficiently when they were onsite. Always polite and friendly they were very happy to update me as to where they were in the process each day.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my friends and would certainly engage them again

We spent a couple of years thinking about and looking at Green Retreats. Finally we took the plunge and found the whole process enjoyable and simple. Very attentive staff from honest and frank advice at our site visit to meeting the sales staff at the welcoming showroom (a vist there is a must for its weird location). Installation was easy and the teams that arrived over the week, to lay the foundations and then build, wire and final fit, were on time, courteous, hard working and tidy. The sun is out and the doors are open. Fab.

From our first enquiry to the installation completion our new garden office went smoothly and all the team were friendly, clearly cared about their work and the company they work for. I am typing this in my new office and it feels great!

Well what can I say I am so fussy and this is one time when I did not have too,be. it was all so good right from the viewing to the end of building,office staff very good No questions too much bother , insulation team Nick and his boys great and elec , no bad swear words , cleaned up spotless every night I can not say too much about the firm you got it right thank you David and Norma

Visiting the show room was a pleasure and we had a knowledgeable sales person to show us around and to help us fine tune our design.

The teams all turned up on their chosen day and worked with great focus and enthusiasm. They were polite and easy to deal with and left the site each day tidy and clean.

The whole concept of the Garden Office system is well thought through and appears to come together accurately and well. We are delighted with the finished studio.

We Had a 4.5 x 3 metre cabin recently installed and we are absolutely delighted with it. The whole experience from start to completion was faultless and efficient. My partner and I are so amazed at what these cabins can be used for.
Would definitely recommend anyone considering a cabin to have a look at Green Retreats.
