Carrot Cake was lovely highly recommend, delivery was £ and shame the delivery driver , delivered the cake upside down but it was well packaged so only icing was damaged overall very happy tho ❤️

Same again
I sent the coffee and walnut cake for my mum’s birthday last year and kept hearing how delicious it was, so just did a repeat order. If you would like a birthday cake delivered that isn’t too sweet/over the top, this is an excellent option.

Great delivery!
I placed an order after 2PM, called them up, and they were so helpful and flexible with next-day delivery! They managed to get the cake -delicious btw- baked, beautifully packaged with a personalised note and sent in record time!

Delicious cake - bad delivery DPD
The ordering process with amendment requests went smooth and easy . Nice helpful service . The cake was ordered remotely from Belgium so I was very excited toward delivery on Friday .
After reading the 'bad reviews' I got a little anxious about the delivery and the nightmare became true. Paid extra for morning delivery , long story short , the DPD-hub was just around the corner of the delivery address and didn't deliver . The recipients had to go over themselves and demand their cake if they didn't want to wait until next Monday ! Also not sure if cake was preserved cool.
The cakes were delicious, though but the delivery service is awful and it's affecting your business :( .
PS : I want to request a full refund from DPD for the extra charges ( they really suck )

Impossible to order a cake!!???
Wanted to order a chocolate birthday cake, BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ADD TO THE BASKET, THERE IS NO OPTION. so after 30 minutes of rummaging through their website i gave up. I didn't want a message, candles or anything else, but still no option to add to basket. Rubbish.

A fantastic carrot cake arrived in its own tin on the date we requested. It was our daughter’s birthday and she is very choosy about carrot cake . She loved this one : moist , flavourful ,attractive . Very good and attentive service on the phone when l was arranging delivery date.
