The Hub is a great place to work and the receptionist, Faith is so lovley and welcoming. She helps everybody feel comfortable and makes office hours worth it. The free tea and coffee is a added bonus.
The Hub staff could not be more helpful. They go above and beyond for those in the building and have been so supportive! In particular they respond to emails promptly. The free tea and coffee for visitors is also a wonderful touch.
Faith has been truly exceptional in supporting our business needs. She provided consultation rooms for us at very short notice and ensured everything was ready to a high standard. Her communication has been clear, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout.
What has stood out most is her kindness, empathy, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond to help our service run smoothly. Thanks to Faith’s support, we were able to deliver our project in a way that simply would not have been possible otherwise.
The quality of the furniture and consultation spaces far exceeds what we have experienced with other serviced office providers. The receptionist was blunt, spend 30 minutes doing her make up the spend more time in personal calls all in front of the waiting area. This is extremely unprofessional.
The walls are really thin in the conference room and we could hear everything being said in the waiting room.

We unfortunately do not have a receptionist in the building, there is only the building manager to deal with any queries regarding renting new office space, and maintaining the cleanliness of the centre. We are very glad to hear that you thought our centre was nice and tidy. With regards to your experience in the centre, it is down to our tenants to provide information for their guests. We have many different tenants in the building.

The Hub is such a fantastic facility that I have used on numerous occasions to host training events.
The welcome and service by Laura and team is fantastic and really helps to set up the day on a positive note. Costs are really reasonable and the team also ensure there is steady supply of tea & coffee available and also provide pens and note pads for delegates attending.
The Hub is really handy for shops, hotels and the train station and I would recommend it as a first class venue for training or meetings

The team were very helpful and accommodating, even at short notice. The facilities were excellent, clean and spacious.
I used the hub for delivering a month long training course and it was a brilliant experience. The facilities were great, there were flip charts, projectors and a white board for me to use. The room was cleaned each night, leaving us with a pristine workplace each day. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, very welcoming and they couldn't do enough for us. We were provided with teas, coffees and hot chocolate. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely use again.
The Hub Business Centre provided a room for me at very short notice that allowed me to undertake an online meeting in a private meeting room. The rates were excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful.
Great customer service always, the staff go above and beyond. Great, clean facilities, excellent town centre location and parking nearby. Highly recommend for training purposes.
I have always found the team at the Business Hub to be very professional and customer-focused.
I have had a room at the hub since 2016. Staff are great, the size and price of the rooms are great. I have always known them to be flexible and understanding of our business needs when we have grown as well as when things have been going the other way. Which is a lot more understanding than you would get from other suppliers like Regus etc.
