29th June: I had purchased a graphics card “Sapphire Nitro+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X 24GB” , paying 98000 through UPI. Aaman who is the sole owner of the company IT-TUDE INFOSYSTEMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U72900HR2022OPC107456) confirmed over whatsapp that he has the product and it will be delivered by Saturday.
June 30th , July 1st and July 2nd :After one day as the product was not dispatched, I requested him to update the Invoice and share the AWB number. He shared the AWB number for ship rocket (1091266032000). however the package was never handed over to the courier company hence never delivered.
Then he complained that the courier is not up to the mark and will use Blue Dart. He shared Blue Dart AWB number again (53454967189). Obviously this never came. Went to Blue Dart office and found out product was never handed over by the seller and no scan of product happened
July 3rd : At this point it was clear that its a fraud. On further questioning he agreed to do a refund. Initially he wanted me to do an UPI charge back, I declined. I initiated the refund request from Monday and he agreed also. On Monday, he tried to do refund with NEFT but failed stating he has done a typo in my account number, however the transaction UTR did not had alpha-numeric characters. Yes, he is editing the screenshots. Then he tried to do the refund with IMPS which failed again, stating he did some transaction hence he cant do it immediately and next day it will be done
July 4th :Next day he tried to do NEFT by going to bank and shared the non stamped recipts of NEFT counter foil. I asked him to share the stamped one, he rejected! Obviously the transaction never happened. Then in the evening he transferred Rs. 100 to check if NEFT is working. This is the only refund I have received. After that he initiated NEFT for the remaining Rs.97900 and shared the NEFT screenshot and his supposed phone baking screenshot of money being debited. This never came.
He shared Bank of Boroda (BOB) customer care recording where they assured that it will reflect by next working day.
July 5th : In the morning we reached the nearest BOB branch and found out that there has been no debit for Rs. 97900. Rather, he didn’t had any fund to raise any NEFT of that value. After confronting him again he assured that by 2PM I’ll get the refund. Which till now hasn’t come.
July 6th : Evidence collection and Legal action day. My lawyer called him and gave him a last chance. Although he promised to pay on 6th , he never did. Time to press charges!! He has committed to refund me at least 10 times and failed.

This is my first time ordering from their it tude and I am really happy with the RX 7900 XTX purchase and the pricing was competitive in comparison with other online retailers like prime and clarion but delivery was a bit late to Kanpur as it took 8 days to reach but I guess that depends on the product you order. Recommended for future purchases 👍🏻

I bought Razer Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard from them. After a month of not shipping nor refunding the amount, they sent me the product via DTDC (or so I thought). Instead what I received was a blank paper in an envelope.

Upon calling the seller Mr. Aman about this fraud he decided to refund the amount. It’s been a whole month of follow up and I’ve finally gotten the refund.

Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this hassle and don’t buy anything from them, the prices are too good to be true because it’s all a scam.

I have ordered asus rog maximus z790 extreme motherboard on 28 th April. The seller offered rs. 60000 for it. Naturally it is a great deal. But the seller does not ship the item immediately. My tension increasing day to day because I thought my rs 60000 is forfeited. The seller tries to ship and refund again and again and he failure each time. It is a mysterious to me. Ultimately I received the item on 17 May. I used the motherboard. Really it is great. No problem occurs and accessories is missing in the box. I am grateful to the seller. The seller no doubt offers a great price but he has a problem in shipping.

Do not order from them. They would not return your money even if they themselves are not able to deliver the product. I had ordered a PS5 but I never got the product nor the refund.

I made a mistake while placing my order, but Aman helped me to get the correct product. Had a lots of ups and down with the delivery, it took time but finally received it. Happy with my purchase!

The site it self is very user friendly and has great deals, I got myself a logitech G502 X Lightspeed at a decent price.
And the owener Aman is very helpful, from the moment I was deciding to purchase or not he was there and frequently contacted and reassured and cleared all my doubts regarding the payment systems and delivery.
Due to some logistical errors my order did get 4 days delayed but in the end it was worth the wait. I strongly suggest you guys to give this site/company a chance and please be patient with it. It was unfortunate that the order was delivered all the way to Srinagar instead of Mumbai because of a label change by the delivery team but Aman was there to handle it and stayed in touch with me throughout the process.

Eventually I received my product and I was very happy with it.
The owner is very genuine but anyone ordering from IT-Tude has to be patient.

Good prices, better than nehru place and other computer markets as well as e comm sites like mdcomputers. Website interface is good and user friendly. Products are bit limited. Communication was good. Only con i would say is service gap.

Whilst my order had a delay in terms of delivery time due to shipping issues.
