I became a distributor of The Letterer Philippines and paid for my orders and shipping in full. While I did receive a partial delivery, a portion of my paid order remains undelivered.
After several months of follow-ups regarding the undelivered items, I requested a refund. The remaining balance was acknowledged by the business owner, and a repayment schedule was agreed upon. However, despite several agreed payment dates, extensions, and assurances that payment would be made, the remaining balance has not been fully settled as of the date of this review.
Throughout this process, I have tried to communicate respectfully and resolve the matter privately. My concern is not only the delay, but also the repeated payment commitments that were not fulfilled. This has caused stress and disappointment, especially as I relied on the agreed repayment dates.
I hope The Letterer PH can improve its communication, fulfil commitments within agreed timelines, and resolve outstanding matters promptly. I also hope my remaining refund will be settled soon so this matter can finally be concluded.
