This is our second purchase from The Little bike company which was a woom Explorer 5 up sizing from the woom off 4 which was also purchased from the TLB co. On both occasions we elected to pick the bikes up directly from the workshop and on both occasions the staff/bike mechanics were more than helpful with us and indeed helping other customers with bike sizing etc.
