I didn't receive part of my order. I emailed The Loaded Tea company. In no time they answered me back and had my order on it's way. The response time back to me was so fast. The Loaded Tea is a great company to do business with. I'm so pleased with the way I was treated.
They are good people.

The Customer Sevice departamental is very responsive and the teas themselves are delicious! Highly recommend!

I worked as an affiliate for The Loaded Tea and had a serious issue with my commission payment. After generating results, the company did not handle the commission process clearly. Instead, they kept asking for more proof, questioned the traffic, and eventually offered a reduced payment.

Based on my personal experience, this is not how an affiliate program should treat its partners. Affiliates help bring customers and revenue to the brand, but when it comes time to pay, the process should be fair, transparent, and consistent.

I want to warn anyone considering joining The Loaded Tea’s affiliate program: be extremely careful. Save every email, dashboard screenshot, analytics report, and program term before you start promoting them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this affiliate program.

I had a very disappointing experience as an affiliate for The Loaded Tea. After I generated traffic, sales, and commissions that were recorded in the affiliate system, the company started raising different reasons to review, delay, and reduce my commission payment.

What disappointed me the most was the lack of transparency and fairness in the process. As an affiliate, I invested time, effort, and resources to promote their products. In my opinion, it is not acceptable to question or reduce commissions only after results have already been generated.

I am writing this review to warn other affiliates to be very careful, keep all screenshots, emails, analytics data, and tracking proof before promoting this brand.

My experience with The Loaded Tea Shop Ambassador/Affiliate Program has been extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, very unfair to affiliates.

I joined their program under the understanding that the commission rate was 15%. I generated sales that were tracked and attributed through their affiliate platform. However, after my commissions remained pending since May 28, they later informed me that they would only offer a maximum 5% payout for the orders under review.

This means the commission rate was effectively reduced from 15% to 5% after the sales had already been generated. To me, this is unacceptable.

What makes the situation worse is that they also suspended the collaboration/account without any prior warning or opportunity for me to correct the issue first. If they had concerns about my promotional method, they could have contacted me earlier, asked for clarification, or requested that I pause the campaign. Instead, the commissions stayed pending, the rate was reduced, and the account was suspended after the sales were already made.

Their explanation was related to paid traffic being used as part of the promotional funnel. However, the traffic was sent to my own independent landing page, not directly to The Loaded Tea Shop website or directly to my affiliate link. I also did not bid on their branded keywords such as “Loaded Tea” or “The Loaded Tea Shop.”

In my opinion, reducing tracked commissions from 15% to 5% after sales are generated and suspending an account without prior notice feels extremely unfair and very concerning. It creates a situation where affiliates can spend time, effort, and money promoting a brand, only to have the commission terms changed after the results are delivered.

I am sharing this review as a serious warning to other affiliates: be very careful before promoting this brand. Get written approval for every traffic source, landing page, ad method, and funnel before sending any traffic. Also keep screenshots of the commission rate, tracked orders, pending commissions, terms, traffic sources, and all communication.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this affiliate program to other affiliates. The way my commission rate was reduced and my account was suspended without prior warning feels highly unfair and not transparent.

Had a small issue with my order. Was responded back in less than 5 mins and fully resolved in 10!! I love you guys and thanks for the excellent customer service ❤️❤️

Received my first order and the outer package did not indicate that the contents were caffeine free as I had ordered. I reached out to customer service and they responded almost immediately. Upon checking the contents as requested, I was able to verify the contents were, In fact, caffeine free. This is important because I have AFIB which is triggered by caffeine. Perhaps caffeine free orders should be shipped in packaging indicating so to avoid confusion going forward. Regardless, the response to my concern was immediate and straightforward. I'll order more product if it tastes as good as the customer service was in efficiency.

I found this product scrolling and decided to give it a try!
It has increased my water intake significantly and helped my stomach issues.
The flavors are incredible, the customer service is impeccable!

I am loving the drinks from The Loaded Tea Shop. They taste amazing and no afternoon crash. They are part of my daily routine now. Plus, I am getting at least two drinks out of one packet!!

First, I have no desire to drink Coffee anymore!
I use one packet per day, that makes me two 40 ounce tumblers a day.
I’m a teacher- my colleagues are probably sick of me at this point trying to peddle this product-
I feel energized and it’s June!!! If you teach- you know May and June suck the life out of you.

The loaded tea shop has been a life changer for me as a 47 yr old perimenopausal mom of 2 teen girls. It has helped me to stop drinking artificial caffeine from sodas which gave me no energy to get through my day, to now, clean caffeine and able to function all day with no crash. I have already ordered 6 different times since middle of May (large orders BTW) and have been sharing them with my friends, family and coworkers. For me, one packet will last me all day as a little goes a long way. I fill up my 32 oz bottle and add as much as I want for flavor, then when I need more water I add a bit more flavor, it’s that simple. I have pretty much tried every single one except maybe a few so far and literally I have loved them all, well except for maybe the ones with cinnamon - I couldn’t get my taste buds on those ones. My top 5 are - who am I kidding, I can’t even come up with a top 5 because so far I have a top 15 that are all so good.
If anyone is reading this and is hesitant, start with a few, say Frog spit, Miami Vice, Hawaii Tropics, etc…and you will be hooked!

I love these Teas! I have been able to find good discounts, shipping has been great. And only one time i had a slight problem and the company more than took care of it! No more energy drinks for me!!! I love loaded teas!

I can agree with a lot of the reviewers about these drinks being overly sweet. I can't say I got the jitters or anything from drinking them due to the amount of caffeine. My main issue is the after taste. That's just something I couldn't get past.

Taste is great! If it is too much for you, you can always add more water. They ship fast and customer service is amazing. If you are looking to get off of sugar, this is the way to go!!

I tried my first Loaded Tea flavor today. It was Sassy Sissy because it fits my personality. I love it. Bold flavor, gives me energy.

I’m honestly impressed! The flavors are delicious, they mix easily, and they give me the perfect little boost without feeling overly sweet. I’ve tried a lot of drink mixes over the years, and these have quickly become a favorite.

The variety of flavors means there’s something for everyone, and I love having an easy option for busy days, vintage hunting adventures, plant shopping trips, or when I just need a little extra motivation to get things done. 🫖✨
