The only regret you'll have with The Perfect Noggin is not getting it sooner.

My baby boy had torticollis and developed a flat spot on his head as a result. I felt all of the guilt and assumed all of the worst things. I received ads in my social media feed for helmets for days on end with fear-mongering posts about head shape and - it drove me nuts! Finally, after reading into a rabbit hole of a chat thread, someone recommended the incredible Facebook group created and run by Dr. Gary F Rogers himself and the wonderful Rachel Marshall. The top pinned post in that group is a before and after picture from using the Perfect Noggin where head shape completely rounded out... I couldn't believe it.

My husband and I saw results in our son immediately after starting the Perfect Noggin when he was around 3 months old. The before and after photo after just 1 month of using the product blew us away. My thoughts went from daily worry, to not even thinking about it at all. Our son started rolling between 4-5 months so we didn't get to use the product for very long, but even in that short amount of time we saw the improvement that we needed to help him be able to grow into a typical head shape on his own.

As a parent, I have to ask why these helmet companies seem to lean all or nothing when it comes to head shape. Why don't they recommend alternatives where an alternative might qualify? Especially one that has proven to work for so many families.

I think everyone should know about this product. Hospitals, parents, pediatricians... everyone!! Finding the Perfect Noggin was a blessing. Dr. Gary F Rogers and Rachel Marshall making themselves available to the public so freely is also a rarity and a blessing as most of the world has taken on the "pay to know more" model. I see them respond to questions every single day.

Join the Facebook group and get the Perfect Noggin. That is my recommendation!

We used the Perfect Noggin with our first child and were very happy with the results. When our second child developed a strong side preference, we knew we had to use it again.

In both cases, we saw a clear improvement in head shape. What impressed us most was that with our second child, we only used the Perfect Noggin for about half of the night’s sleep, and that was still enough to make a big difference. His head shape rounded out to a level we were happy with.

Another thing we really appreciated was the support we received throughout the process. Whenever we had questions, we were able to get fit checks and reassurance that we were using it correctly, which gave us a lot of confidence.

Based on our experience with two children, the Perfect Noggin was absolutely worth it. We saw noticeable results and would recommend it to any parent concerned about their baby’s head shape.

We started using the PN in November for one of our twins when he was roughly 12 weeks old. He favoured one side of his head and his head shape was becoming increasingly distorted. I came across the PN by chance on Facebook via the group. After seeing other parents comments I purchased one and am beyond happy with the results. My son no longer uses his and it’s been passed on to someone new but his head shaped has improved dramatically. I also found the Facebook group very helpful. Rachel is always very quick to comment to help with fit checks etc. My only regret is not being aware of the PN sooner!

Super happy with the overall improvement in roundness of the back of my son’s head. I am hoping we get more time with the Perfect Noggin before he starts rolling (he just turned 4 months) for things to even out more. All in all, I’m really happy I decided to move forward with purchasing the Perfect Noggin.

Thanks goodness for this product and the attached Facebook group. Saved us from getting a helmet and there was an obvious difference in head shape within two weeks. Even the helmet folks said they've never seen such a huge improvement without a helmet and even they didn't recommend one in the end. So grateful.

My girl is 10 months old now. We started the perfect noggin at 3.5 months and used it until she was rolling consistently somewhere in month 4/5 I think? So just a few weeks of usage! What’s crazy is after just a couple weeks, we had to switch physical therapists after the office we were going to closed, and we got in the new place right after she turned 4 months. Immediately the new PT said her head already looked good enough that we wouldn’t need the helmet evaluation! We went to PT weekly/biweekly for the torticollis and she graduated by month 6. We are keeping our PN for now, as we want more kids and next time, if we notice torticollis we will go to the PN/PT as soon as we can!

If you have a torticollis baby who is not rolling yet and you want to avoid a helmet, GET THE PN!!!! And go to PT! I can’t say it enough. Allowed us to avoid something we really didn’t want!!

Our baby was born at 28 weeks, had meningitis and then had a shunt placed at just 2 months old! From a long NICU stay and multiple surgeries he developed a severe flat head. His neuro team said 100% a helmet would later be needed. I found the perfect noggin, he used that for several months. His neuro team was shocked to see how much improvement he had! The perfect noggin was an absolute win! We saw improvement literally in just the first week!

We used the Perfect Noggin to prevent our daughter’s mild plagiocephaly from worsening. At just 4 weeks old, her condition was very mild. After only a few weeks of use, however, her head shape became dramatically worse. She developed severe brachycephaly, and her skull height increased abnormally, resulting in turricephaly.

My partner and I followed each and every instruction, and measured her head to fit the cup sizes. We ensured that my daughter spent all naps and every night in the perfect noggin. She was rarely in her car seat and never put in a pram, as we didn't want to risk her developing a flat head.

After using this product for a while, like others, I've left messages on the Perfect Noggin Facebook page, just to be dismissed with comments from the page owner "she must have been in her car seat and pram for too long", which is a lie. "The product wouldn't have resulted in that. We've received testimonies from so and so and we have studies to back this" without actually citing any sources, leading me to believe they have no inclination/desire to discuss my frustration of my daughter's appearance.

I've decided to seek treatment elsewhere and turned to cranial helmets - four different helmets in total - in an attempt to correct it. While they helped to some extent, her head will never be round, and she will likely always have the increased head height.

It's been a devastating experience, it still is. And I take partial responsibility because I trusted the overwhelming positive reviews and social media videos surrounding it. However, as I watched in real time, her head worsened, which forced me to believe this product is dangerous and negligent.

I highly discourage this product; it's deceptive and should be removed from the market. It permanently damaged my little girl's head, and I'm reminded of it every day.

After being in the Facebook group and having my first born develop plagiocephaly I was of course extremely concerned about my second doing the same. In the Facebook group many asked about using the noggin for preventative means. Unfortunately this has resulted in my daughter developing flat head where she didn’t have it to start and slight plagio as well. When messaged I was told it was my error and caused by what I was doing with my baby. If this was my first born I would have considered this but this was not and when awake my baby was never on her back either tummy time or in carrier ensuring neck movement. I had her in physio from 2 weeks to ensure neck movement. The only time she was on her back was in the perfect noggin. I followed all instructions and now am devastated. It may work for babies with flatness or just be lucky that it did work. I say this as when I tried to post a request for help in the Facebook group it was denied. I have spoken with others since in other groups who said their posts were also denied. I am devastated to have fallen for this product and will never forgive myself.

The perfect noggin is a must have if you are concerned your baby is developing a flat head. I have been using for approx 6 weeks and I am no longer concerned, this product has worked. I would recommend 100%

So glad we found this product, it helped immensely with my daughter's head shape in no time. So simple, but so effective, and most importantly safe. 10/10 would recommend.

This product has saved my baby from a helmet!
Don’t listen to the negative reviews, some very since contradictory and some negative around customer service. The customer service couldn’t be better. These people offer free advice to anyone’s questions on their facebook group regardless if you have or haven’t purchased their product. The perfect noggin has improved my son’s head from severe plagyo. Even phisyo professionals and the helmet company were astonished with the results. If I could give 100 stars I would! It is such a simple and amazing product. I can definitely recommend this after trying pretty much all the other pillows/ hats etc.

Utilized the PN for both of my children. My son suffered from brachycephaly and a helmet was recommended. We avoided the helmet by using the PN. My daughter showed signs of plagiocephaly due to torticollis. We started her very early with the PN and a helmet was never even considered. The PN was then passed to a friend who helmeted her first two kids, but avoided a helmet with the third after using the PN. This is an amazing tool that is affordable and comes with a wealth of support from the creator!

As a pediatric PT specializing in infants, I highly recommend the Perfect Noggin! It is a great adjunct to PT when addressing torticollis and Plagiocephaly. It is much more cost effective than a cranial orthosis and enables parents to address Plagiocephaly at a younger age. The PN is different from any other repositioning device due to the contouring and also the fact that infants are still able to move their head freely in it. We have seen many PN success stories at our practice!

Please ignore what Elly said in her review. She could not be more incorrect. The fact that she recommended very unsafe methods such as sticking your baby between two wedges or using a rolled blanket to prevent them from rolling, lost her any credibility she thinks she might have had. The PN is wonderful! Helmets are $2800+ in the US, and this product has saved SO many people that money because of how effective it is. And I could confidently have my child sleeping in it because I knew it is safe!!

Where to start?! My daughter was diagnosed with plagiocephaly and torticollis at 2 months old. Started PT, evaluated and recommended to have a helmet. BUT, I did my research and came across this research-based device. We gave it a try before trying a helmet and forking out $1,000s. In only a few months, it corrected her flat head syndrome without us ever needing to purchase the helmet. Best decision ever. Her Physical Therapist of 20 years continued to give us stretches and HW to improve her torticollis, followed our case closely weekly and now recommends it. I only wish all NICUs and pediatricians were given this product for families to trial.

Amazing product, that I recommend to every parent. I began seeing progress within a few days, which was honestly surprising. I wish I would have had it for my other 3 kids!

Great product. Along with physical therapy, the perfect noggin kept my 3 month old (born with a right side preference and torticollis leading to Plagiocephaly) out of a helmet. Dr. Rogers and his team are a wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful. When I am done with my perfect noggin (which I received in perfect condition and shipped very quickly) I plan to gift it to someone else in need. The facebook community is an amazing resource. The perfect noggin was an awesome tool we used with our first son. He was a nicu baby and also had a bit of torticollis so ended up having flat spot on his head from laying w a preferred side and also his ears were quite uneven. We called the number on website and got to talk to the inventor and doctor behind Perfect Noggin himself and ensure it was right for our son and once we ordered it was shipped out next day. We used it for about 3 months until he was able to roll over and now his head looks great. We have no need to have to get a helmet anymore and love his head shape. The price is so affordable compared to a helmet and much less annoying to have to deal with. Definitely a 5* product!
