The Plumber Avis

Good pricing, good service, friendly, considerate and work performed as planned. Always replies and keeps you informed.

I have given four stars for this service, as I feel one small detail could be improved on.
Full details should be provided for customer of all the parts needed for the agreed job.
I have used Tom the plumber several times to date, and I trust him and the quality of the work he does explicitly- so normally I would give him a 5 star service?
But as this review might be seen by prospective customers, I feel this small detail of providing a full parts list to the customer prior to the work, would be to the advantage of the business!
Best Regards, Mr M G Finley

Attended property fast after call, early the next morning.
Solved radiator leak

Outstanding as always. Very professional. If you need any work look no further.

Tom phoned me back very promptly after I contacted him. He had a guess at what could be causing my problem from what I described over the phone. He came round the next day and confirmed that his diagnosis was indeed correct. He ordered the necessary parts and came and fitted them as soon as they arrived. He was polite, cheerful, well organised, considerate of my neighbours, came precisely when he said he would, and tidied up after himself. In other words he had no bad habits. He was clearly a very experienced plumber.

Outstanding service very reasonable
cost very good workmanship.
Would always use again

Quick to respond to the leak and fixed it to a high professional standard. Repair options given by plumber. Price of the work involved was reasonable. Would recommend The Plumber to anyone needing maintenance on the plumbing work and even emergencys.

Always reliable and on time. Gets the job done at the price quoted.

Spot on plumber, would recommend.

I was given a clear idea of costs involved, The Plumber was on time and fixed the problem quickly.

I cannot praise this man enough...he travelled 1 and half hours to get to me .
The most genuine friendly and helpful plumber we have had.
I honestly think he was terrific and absolutely 100 percent recommend him.

Tom gave sound advice on how to solve my leaky bath and shower problems. He fitted a beautiful shower pod. I have used his services previously and yet again I wasn't disappointed. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.

Easy to book , good honest work and great communication. Will definitely use again.

Cheerful and very helpful and know what he was doing and got on with the job. He was exactly on time and finished when he hoped to finish. he was tidy and cleaned up after himself as much as he could remembering the silicone was still very wet.

Tom was friendly, completely upfront and prompt in dealing with our call. Definitely nice to find a tradesman who you are more than happy to put in your contacts list !

Spot on time, quality workmanship and helpful advice. Genuinely nice, trustworthy service. Kept within cost quoted with no hidden extras on the day.
