I received an excellent service.

Swift reply to all my emails and the pens were delivered very quickly indeed and of a high quality.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Super quick assistance - I asked for a tight turnaround and everything was accommodated. They even followed up to check everything was ok! Would definitely recommend.

This was our first time ordering this kind of product and we had no clue where to start.
From first enquiry the team were extremely helpful and made the process really simple.

The design is perfect, the quality is spot on and we will definitely be ordering again!

Very helpful from initial enquiry through to receiving the product. Can highly recommend, quick, reliable service.

Ordering of our branded pencils was very easy, from supplying artwork to receiving a proof. The quality of the final pencil is very good and we would recommend this company highly.

Great service from start to finish, the pens were exactly what we wanted and very helpful.

Easy to order, quick replies and quick turnaround time. Great pens :)

An excellent company, who bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy with our choice of pen and the design to go on it. Couldn't wish for better.

From getting in touch to receiving our pencils the whole process was smooth and trouble free.

We have placed two orders with this org. and both have been delivered in a timely fashion and all communication has been professional and courteous. They have been very responsive to our needs and altered designs to our satisfaction.

Straight forward proof and ordering process, excellent end product with great print quality!

Very friendly, efficient and professional service; we are very happy with our branded pens and I have no reservations at all about recommending the service to anyone looking for great-looking cost effective pens. Also received help from the designers to tweak the logo to fit just right on the pen itself.

Fantastic service and high quality products

Would highly recommend The Printed Pen Site. So many different kinds to choose from, very good communication, digital proof provided before print and my items arrived very quickly despite paying by business cheque. I will be ordering again for my own business in the near future.

Very helpful & efficient service. Not complicated to order or arrange the design of the pen. The order arrived quickly and the pens look great and write well. We are looking forward to taking them to our stand at the West Country Game Fair as giveaways :-)

Finally, a company where nothing is too much trouble, no matter how many times we changed our minds! We were looking for some corporate items to post out to our clients. Once we decided on pens that was where the fun really started. As there were a few of us trying to decide on the product that we wanted there were obviously lots of opinions 'in the pot'. Twice we decided on a product and colours and designs and both times changed our minds pre order. The team at the Printed Pen site were so understanding and listened to our changes and resubmitted proofs to us without question. They wanted our choice to be right for us. I would highly recommend this company
